COVID-19 Lockdown Impact Updates and Regulation Updates

Back to Curbside

All DashVapes retail locations in Ontario will revert back to Curbside Pick-up only starting Thursday, April 8th, 2021 to comply with Ontario's third provincial COVID-19 Lockdown.

The easiest, quickest, and most efficient way to place your order for pick-up at the store is to do so at https://www.dashvapes.com/ and choose Curbside Store Pickup on the checkout page (Learn more).

You can also call the DashVapes store of your choosing to place an order, but please note call volumes are high and there may be lengthy delays in answering your calls.

You can also take advantage of free same-day delivery in some regions.

Production Standards

DashVapes operates two ISO-9001, cGMP and HACCP certified laboratories (one in Markham, ON - and one in Burnaby, BC).

We utilize strict cleaning and disinfection procedures, as well as refuse to allow employees showing any symptoms of illness to work as part of our Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification.

Orders placed online for shipment

DashVapes continues to use Canada Post, CANPAR, and WEELS to ship packages within Canada, Canada Post to ship to the US, and DHL and UPS to ship packages internationally.

Popular items being out of stock

The Canadian government has introduced new regulations that go into effect on January 1st, 2020 that require all immediate vaping containers to be Child-resistant. This means that starting January 1st, many of the items will not be able to be re-stocked. Sadly, this includes popular items such as Caliburn pods. We (impatiently) await manufacturers to update these products to be Child-resistant so we can re-stock them. For the last several months, any new products we introduced are already Child-resistant and will continue to be restocked.

Recently proposed 20mg nicotine cap

The Canadian government has introduced another new regulation that will limit the nicotine in your vaping e-liquid to 20mg/mL - for both Nicotine salts and regular freebase Nicotine. We anticipate this to come into effect within the next 90-180 days. You will be able to continue purchasing products containing more than 20mg until this proposed regulation becomes law. If you are a high-nicotine user, we recommend starting your transition to lower nicotine. Please contact us for help and advice.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to call, email or use the Live Chat on our website. Call volumes are high, please be patient.
