Less than 2 months use
I've been using this for less than 2 months, and now it keeps firing when I stop drawing on it. I imagine this is due to condensation building up around the contacts and sensor. Also doesn't help that there is nothing stopping the juice from dripping off your coil and down onto the contacts and into the sensor. I've had juice in my mouth more times that I can count with this device. Always seem to be smacking it onto a tissue/napkin to get the excess juice out of the pod. Also, the "rainbow" color isn't iridescent as they marketed it as. It's simply a purple device with a smudge of blue paint in one of the bottom corners. While I haven't seen it leak per-say, condensation builds up in the mouthpiece and makes its way in between the unsealed connection of the mouthpiece and tank. Leave it on a table and don't be surprised to find a small amount of juice underneath the device; happens all the time. Giving this 2 stars is being extremely generous.

Very nice clouds for a pod
So i ended up actually buying this for THC ejuice. Works pretty well so far. From the youtube videos I have seen, I thought it would be a lot looser pull. But the pull is actually more restricted than I thought. I was looking for something with more of an airy pull for better DTL. But very nice so far regardless

Spits juice back into your mouth, now not turning on after 3 weeks
Like stated in as in title. It worked perfectly when I first received it and I was extremely satisfied with it. However, first time I refilled the pod it started spitting juice in my mouth. Thought it was because it was getting old. So I bought new replacement pods for it and was excited to try it out again. Now it doesn't even work. Highly do not recommend buying this product.

New to vaping
I do like this device, new to vaping and trying to quit my cigar habit... It's small portable and is working well for a noob like me... however it did leak in my bag on my fishing trip, perhaps it needs a cap? None the less I'm happy with it for a vape gizmo under $30.

Very hand device
This is a very great device, though if u pull too hard or use it upside down it will leak some juice. The pods hold a very good amount of juice and will only have to refill about once per recharge. It takes about 45mins to charge and lasts for about 2 hours of chain vaping. It is also very, very small and portable, it’s about the size of my index finger. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a pod system.

Nice, but leaks like crazy
Design is cute and it has a fairly substantial feel to it so you aren't scared it will crack from a dirty look. It produces solid clouds and vapour for what it is - not bad at all actually. I didn't think I would, but I actually like the pod design and for the cost, replacement pods aren't a big deal at all. They also hold quite a bit of juice for the size. Speaking of size - it's tiny, like change pocket tiny, so portability is great. However, this thing leaks non stop (and doesn't have a cap like the Breeze 2). Because of its design it cant stand upright and anything close to half full means you cant lean it at a 45 degree angle either. Gravity is not our friend with this because the juice flows out as soon as its able. Have to assume there will be a version 2 that corrects the leak issue - I'd wait until then to get one.

A great vape pod device
I’d give it 4.5 stars if I could, it works really well, holds a good charge, produces a lot of flavour and good vape production. A great choice for pod systems that you can’t really go wrong with choosing.

Very nice pod vape
The youtube video reviews I have watched sum it up well. but here is my 2cents. Great little pod unit. I bought this for concentrates, not nicotine. This works very well out of the box with a medium thick honey mix of your choice. The drag/pull is medium resistance and I like it. I don't take huge pulls, but I still get big clouds regardless. Longer drags produce a hotter burnt flavor of course since my mix is thick for potency. The taste is really good. especially coming from the cheap throw away 510 tanks with auto batteries I was using previously. This is a fantastic upgrade for me. The "cobra" pattern is ugly and takes away from beauty of this product. who ever ok'ed this pattern for all the Novos should be demoted to the packaging dept. certainly a personal choice, as I'm sure many will enjoy the look, but I find it unnecessary. Battery came fully charged. It has a nice weight to it. Does not feel cheap. The short design is another great upgrade for me. it won't break if tossed into a pocket or bag. My old set up broke if I wasn't careful storing it. Sat on a few in bed watching movies. oops. that is not an issue with this little beauty. I'm looking forward to putting this up against the Wismec Motiv 2 in the near future. I like their brushed pattern'less look far more. The reason this gets 4 stars is that they are clones, not original products. I don't mind clones at all, but I would have liked to have been informed of this prior to purchasing. They work all the same and I would still recommend, but I feel I must relay this info as it was not for me.

Please inspect and test all products upon receipt, the 30-day return window begins regardless of whether the products were opened or not.

After the 30-day return period ends, we try our best to provide as much assistance as possible with any manufacturer defect problems that may arise. Unfortunately consumables are always a final sale (e-juice, coils, tanks, accesories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuildable supplies, etc).
Warranty
Our 30-day warranty begins the day the items are delivered. Customer assumes all cost in shipping items back to DashVapes, and DashVapes assume all cost in shipping the item back to the customer. Shipping cost incurrected is non-refundable/creditable.

What is not covered by our warranty?
  • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
  • Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse
  • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
  • Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
  • Leaky tanks are not covered under warranty
  • Loss or damage due to missing components
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush)
  • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
  • Rattling or sticky buttons
  • Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
  • Items outside of our warranty period

What is covered by our Warranty?
  • LED screen issues
  • Charging port issues
  • Battery issues (turning off when firing, etc)
  • Unit auto firing.
  • Chip malfunctions


Some products will have minor flaws and that is to be expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange if an item is defective (malfunctioning).

Extended Warranty
DashVapes offers an extended 90-day warranty on some items (specifically starter kits and mods). The 90-day extended warranty extends your existing 30-day warranty that comes with the purchase to 90 days. The price for the extended warranty is always $5.00.

You can add the Extended Warranty to your purchase when you add an item to your shopping cart.

You may purchase the additional warranty on your device within 7 days of your purchase.

The extended warranty prolongs your warranty period from 30 to 90 days. It does not alter what is covered by the warranty.
Restocking Fee
Returns / exchanges will incur a 10% Restocking fee on items. This includes packages not signed for during delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier. We can only accept returns on manufacturer sealed items. If an item does not come sealed originally, we are unable to take a return on it. Returns and exchanges are made in the form of Store Credit, and added to your account in the form of Points. Please be aware, if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you in, no Credit will be given and the package will be returned to you at your expense.
Underage Purchases
Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are 19 years of age or older. If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.
Wrong or Missing Order Item(s)
If we make an error when fulfilling your order, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package to initiate a claim. A brief email to sales@dashvapes.com alerting us of an error is the quickest way of initiating claims. We make sure to correct any fulfillment mistakes as quickly as possible, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Incorrectly received items must be returned to us. We provide you with a prepaid return label via email to send back the product(s) free of charge. If we do not receive the item(s) within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge the original payment method used to make your purchase for the full dollar amount of the product(s).
Product Exchanges
Items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) or still under warranty, are eligible for an exchange only. We will exchange the item with the exact same item, in the exact same colour. Exceptions may apply if the item is no longer being actively stocked.

We can not offer store credit or refunds on warranty exchanges.
Refunds & Store Credit
We are unable to issue refunds to any form of payment other than the original credit card used to make your purchase.

We are unable to issue a refund via Interac E-Transfer, Cash, Debit Card or Cheque. If you purchased using Interac E-Transfer, Debit Card, Cash or Cheque, you will receive store credit.

We issue refunds within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund.

Depending on your card-issuing bank, please allow up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your statement.

Where applicable, we issue store credit in the form of reward points for the value of the returned product(s) after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.

These reward points can be used as cash on the checkout page and in-store.

Original shipping fees may be deducted from a refund unless the return is the result of our error. International shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable & Final Sale Items

Our 30-day return policy does not include coverage of accidents and user errors such as over-tightening atomizers, stripping threads, broken glass, physical damage, dropping products, water damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, not adhering to manufacturer provided usage instructions, or any misuse of products, electronic or mechanical.

We do not accept returns for normal product wear and tear, for example cosmetic blemishes or natural patina.

Return Address

Shipping

At DashVapes we offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We try to ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM EST the same day. In some situations though it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.

We offer various Canada Post shipping options all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. Available options within Canada are Canada Post Expedited and Canada Post XpressPost. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
Proof of Age Required
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (19+) option on every single package, no exceptions.

Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. - Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age verified, in accordance with Canadian law. only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else
Free Shipping
We offer free expedited shipping on all orders in Canada and USA when you purchase $35 or more in non-overstock products. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for free shipping in Canada, and Small Packet Air (Untracked) for free shipping the U.S.A. There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free. If you would like to ensure your package is tracked, please choose Canada Post Expedited on the checkout page, You can also upgrade to XpressPost, or Priority on the checkout page.

Overstock items are NOT counted towards the $35.00 minimum.

We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.

In the event your item is not succesfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.
Order Processing
We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding Canadian holidays).

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.

We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.

Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product's page. If we are experiencing a larger than normal order volume an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.

Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will go out the same day.
Carrier Restrictions
Canada Post do not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.

We only ship using Canada Post, we are unable to use FedEX, UPS, DHL or any other shipping carrier.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Your order has shipped!" is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

Insurance
Every package shipped by DashVapes is insured up to $100.00 on tracked packages only. If your order is larger than $100, and you'd like to add full insurance coverage to your package, you can do so at the checkout page. In the event that Canada Post loses a package, we will only credit orders up to $100.00 if they do not have full insurance.

US and International non-tracked items do not have insurance, and will not be replaced in the event of loss.
Orders outside of North America

Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.

Electronic Cigarette liquid (or ejuice) can only be canceled if the order has not yet been created. Since we typically mix to order, We are unable to cancel / refund / credit for juice that is already created, even if it is still within our facilities.
