The Artery x Tony B Project PAL 2 Pod System is a sleek and portable pod system with battery power based voltage output and a refillable pod system with built-in adjustable airflow.The PAL 2 is an all in one pod system with a 4.2 to 3.2V output range and an extremely simple single button interface. The PAL 2 is an all in one pod system with a 4.2 to 3.2V output range and an extremely simple single button interface. This device features a built-in 1000mAh battery that can be charged via a USB port at a rate of 0.8A. Battery life is indicated with an LED that shows blue between 100 to 50%, purple between 50 to 15%, and red between 15 to 0%. The same LED indicates current charging level: a constant blue light indicates 100 to 80%, a pulsing blue light indicates 80 to 50%, purple indicates 50 to 15%, and red indicates 15 to 0%. 


The PAL 2 has replacement pod system that utilizes PAL 2 replacement coils with a threaded base contact point that has dual 5mm by 1mm air slots. These replacement pods have a side filled 3ml e-liquid capacity with an attached silicone plug. The body of the PAL 2 has two parallel 4.5mm by 1.5mm air slots along the side. when do I need to replace the pod?

You don’t need anything to replace the pod, unless the pod itself is broken there are replacement pods, but for the actual pod itself it has replaceable coils, a mesh 0.6ohm and a regular 1.2ohm coil. So all you have to do is replace the coil and bada-Boom back in business!

I had purchased the Smok Nord for the ability to change up the coils however, there are major leaking issues. I'm looking for something like the Artery Pal 2 Pod System to replace my Nord but I am worried I am going to end up with another leaker. Have you guys experienced any issues with leaking from the pod or more specifically from the bottom of the coils or the coil seals?

One of the best pod systems out so far
I was looking for a small stealth setup to throw in my pocket when I go out. Tried a few other makes and models, but was not satisfied with the flavor or hit. I use primarily RTA's and RDTA's (single and dual Clapton coils) on 200W mods. I took a gamble on this device after watching some reviews, but sure glad that I did. The flavor and throat hit is perfect on the 0.6 Ohm mesh coil (Direct to lung) and does a great job of satiating my nicotine cravings (6mg freebase nicotine). Build quality is excellent as it's made of good quality aluminum and everything fits together nicely. The only other pod system that may be better than this may be the Lost Vape Orion, but at almost twice the price, it should be. All in all a great little device that is ideal for people looking at quiting smoking or for more advanced vapers looking for something small and discreet, but still packs a punch. Easy to set up and use with a very clean taste, worth every penny 🤓

Simply... Wow!
I have tried a variety of pod systems, and I have to say the artery pal 2 is simply an amazing creating! Upgraded from the original artery pal, now become a 3ml pod system with easy replacement coils has become my every day carry around vape. Filling the pod is a little different then from a top or bottom fill, the pal 2 is a side fill, but once you get used to it, it’s simple just a minor detail that enables you to not take the pod out of the device to fill, you can simply take the cover off place the device on its side and fill and go. I am in shock and awww that this device has 0.6ohm mesh coils!!! (MASSIVE BONUS) which creates a nice dence, warm vape for salt nic or free based nicotine, but if you would like something on the cooler side, I would recommend the stander 1.2ohm kanthal coils. Flavour and cloud of this beauty is simply “out of this world” with adjustable airflow to be a HUGE benifit for a pod system so you can customize to your liking anytime you want, MTL (Mouth to lung) or DTL (Direct to lung). For the price point of this device it., in my opinion blows all other pod systems out of the “clouds ;)”, similar to the breeze 2, smok novo, and various others, but with a bit more battery life and tons more flavour. I am beyond happy and if I were to lose or break this device 11/10 would purchase again!!!

Please inspect and test all products upon receipt, the 30-day return window begins regardless of whether the products were opened or not.

After the 30-day return period ends, we try our best to provide as much assistance as possible with any manufacturer defect problems that may arise. We value your business, and always try to work out the best possible solution to issues on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be as reasonable and fair as possible and hope our customers reciprocate.

Unfortunately consumables are always a final sale (e-juice, coils, tanks, accesories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuildable supplies, etc).
Warranty
Our 30-day warranty begins the day the items are delivered. Customer assumes all cost in shipping items back to DashVapes, and DashVapes assume all cost in shipping the item back to the customer. Shipping cost incurrected is non-refundable/creditable.

What is not covered by our warranty?
  • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
  • Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse
  • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
  • Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
  • Leaky tanks are not covered under warranty
  • Loss or damage due to missing components
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush)
  • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
  • Rattling or sticky buttons
  • Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
  • Items outside of our warranty period

What is covered by our Warranty?
  • LED screen issues
  • Charging port issues
  • Battery issues (turning off when firing, etc)
  • Unit auto firing.
  • Chip malfunctions


Some products will have minor flaws and that is to be expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange if an item is defective (malfunctioning).

Extended Warranty
DashVapes offers an extended 90-day warranty on some items (specifically starter kits and mods). The 90-day extended warranty extends your existing 30-day warranty that comes with the purchase to 90 days. The price for the extended warranty is always $5.00.

You can add the Extended Warranty to your purchase when you add an item to your shopping cart.

You may purchase the additional warranty on your device within 7 days of your purchase.

The extended warranty prolongs your warranty period from 30 to 90 days. It does not alter what is covered by the warranty.
Restocking Fee
Returns / exchanges will incur a 10% Restocking fee on items. This includes packages not signed for during delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier. We can only accept returns on manufacturer sealed items. If an item does not come sealed originally, we are unable to take a return on it. Returns and exchanges are made in the form of Store Credit, and added to your account in the form of Points. Please be aware, if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you in, no Credit will be given and the package will be returned to you at your expense.
Underage Purchases
Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province or state. (If you are in Canada and choose UPS, UPS requires you to be 19 regardless of where you order from). If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.

If we make an error when fulfilling your order, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package to initiate a claim. A brief email to sales@dashvapes.com alerting us of an error is the quickest way of initiating claims. We make sure to correct any fulfillment mistakes as quickly as possible, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Incorrectly received items must be returned to us. We provide you with a prepaid return label via email to send back the product(s) free of charge. If we do not receive the item(s) within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge the original payment method used to make your purchase for the full dollar amount of the product(s).
Product Exchanges
Items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) or still under warranty, are eligible for an exchange only. We will exchange the item with the exact same item, in the exact same colour. Exceptions may apply if the item is no longer being actively stocked.

We can not offer store credit or refunds on warranty exchanges.
Refunds & Store Credit
We are unable to issue refunds to any form of payment other than the original credit card used to make your purchase.

We are unable to issue a refund via Interac E-Transfer, Cash, Debit Card or Cheque. If you purchased using Interac E-Transfer, Debit Card, Cash or Cheque, you will receive store credit.

We issue refunds within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund.

Depending on your card-issuing bank, please allow up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your statement.

Where applicable, we issue store credit in the form of reward points for the value of the returned product(s) after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.

These reward points can be used as cash on the checkout page and in-store.

Original shipping fees may be deducted from a refund unless the return is the result of our error. International shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable & Final Sale Items

We also cannot accept returns of atomizer tanks, rebuildable atomizers (unless DOA), mods that contain no electrical components, battery cells, replacement parts, accessories and electronic cigarette liquids.

Our 30-day return policy does not include coverage of accidents and user errors such as over-tightening atomizers, stripping threads, broken glass, physical damage, dropping products, water damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, not adhering to manufacturer provided usage instructions, or any misuse of products, electronic or mechanical.

We do not accept returns for normal product wear and tear, for example cosmetic blemishes or natural patina.

Return Address

At DashVapes we offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We try to ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM EST the same day. In some situations though it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.

We offer various Canada Post, and UPS shipping options all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
Proof of Age Required
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+, 19+ or 21+ depending on your province or state) option on every single package, no exceptions.

Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. - Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age verified, in accordance with Canadian law. only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else
Free Shipping
We offer free Canada Post Expedited shipping on all orders in Canada and USA when you purchase $35 or more in non-overstock products. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for free shipping in Canada, and Small Packet Air (Untracked) for free shipping the U.S.A. There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free. If you would like to ensure your package is tracked, please choose Canada Post Expedited on the checkout page, You can also upgrade to XpressPost, or Priority on the checkout page.

Overstock items are NOT counted towards the $35.00 minimum.

We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.

In the event your item is not succesfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.
Order Processing
We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding Canadian holidays).

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.

We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.

Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product's page. If we are experiencing a larger than normal order volume an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.

Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will go out the same day.
Carrier Restrictions
Canada Post do not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.

We only ship using Canada Post and UPS, we are unable to use FedEX, DHL or any other shipping carrier.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Your order has shipped!" is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

Insurance
Every package shipped by DashVapes is insured up to $100.00 on tracked packages only. If your order is larger than $100, and you'd like to add full insurance coverage to your package, you can do so at the checkout page. In the event that Canada Post or UPS lose a package, we will only credit orders up to $100.00 if they do not have full insurance.

US and International non-tracked items do not have insurance, and will not be replaced in the event of loss.
Orders outside of North America
International orders may be untracked. You can choose your shipping option at the checkout page. Untracked International orders may take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.
