Returns & Warranty

We want nothing more than for our customers to feel they receive quality products and high quality service. After the receipt of your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on any DOA (dead on arrival) or unused items, factory sealed in the manufacturer's original packaging.

Please inspect and test all products upon receipt, the 30-day return window begins regardless of whether the products were opened or not.

After the 30-day return period ends, we try our best to provide as much assistance as possible with any manufacturer defect problems that may arise. We value your business, and always try to work out the best possible solution to issues on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be as reasonable and fair as possible and hope our customers reciprocate.

Unfortunately consumables are always a final sale (e-juice, coils, tanks, accesories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuildable supplies, etc).
Our 30-day warranty begins the day the items are delivered. Customer assumes all cost in shipping items back to DashVapes, and DashVapes assume all cost in shipping the item back to the customer. Shipping cost incurrected is non-refundable/creditable.

What is not covered by our warranty?
  • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
  • Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse
  • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
  • Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
  • Leaky tanks are not covered under warranty
  • Loss or damage due to missing components
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush)
  • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
  • Rattling or sticky buttons
  • Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
  • Items outside of our warranty period

What is covered by our Warranty?
  • LED screen issues
  • Charging port issues
  • Battery issues (turning off when firing, etc)
  • Unit auto firing.
  • Chip malfunctions

Some products will have minor flaws and that is to be expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange if an item is defective (malfunctioning).

Extended Warranty
DashVapes offers an extended 90-day warranty on some items (specifically starter kits and mods). The 90-day extended warranty extends your existing 30-day warranty that comes with the purchase to 90 days. The price for the extended warranty is always $5.00.

You can add the Extended Warranty to your purchase when you add an item to your shopping cart.

You may purchase the additional warranty on your device within 7 days of your purchase.

The extended warranty prolongs your warranty period from 30 to 90 days. It does not alter what is covered by the warranty.
Restocking Fee
Returns / exchanges will incur a 10% Restocking fee on items. This includes packages not signed for during delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier. We can only accept returns on manufacturer sealed items. If an item does not come sealed originally, we are unable to take a return on it. Returns and exchanges are made in the form of Store Credit, and added to your account in the form of Points. Please be aware, if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you in, no Credit will be given and the package will be returned to you at your expense.
Underage Purchases
Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are 19 years of age or older. If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.
Wrong or Missing Order Item(s)
If we make an error when fulfilling your order, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package to initiate a claim. A brief email to alerting us of an error is the quickest way of initiating claims. We make sure to correct any fulfillment mistakes as quickly as possible, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Incorrectly received items must be returned to us. We provide you with a prepaid return label via email to send back the product(s) free of charge. If we do not receive the item(s) within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge the original payment method used to make your purchase for the full dollar amount of the product(s).
Product Exchanges
Items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) or still under warranty, are eligible for an exchange only. We will exchange the item with the exact same item, in the exact same colour. Exceptions may apply if the item is no longer being actively stocked.

We can not offer store credit or refunds on warranty exchanges.
Refunds & Store Credit
We are unable to issue refunds to any form of payment other than the original credit card used to make your purchase.

We are unable to issue a refund via Interac E-Transfer, Cash, Debit Card or Cheque. If you purchased using Interac E-Transfer, Debit Card, Cash or Cheque, you will receive store credit.

We issue refunds within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund.

Depending on your card-issuing bank, please allow up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your statement.

Where applicable, we issue store credit in the form of reward points for the value of the returned product(s) after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.

These reward points can be used as cash on the checkout page and in-store.

Original shipping fees may be deducted from a refund unless the return is the result of our error. International shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: we cannot process return or refund requests without proof of purchase.
Non-returnable & Final Sale Items
All clearance, final sale, or "as is" marked items are nonrefundable and ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We also cannot accept returns of atomizer tanks, rebuildable atomizers (unless DOA), mods that contain no electrical components, battery cells, replacement parts, accessories and electronic cigarette liquids.

Our 30-day return policy does not include coverage of accidents and user errors such as over-tightening atomizers, stripping threads, broken glass, physical damage, dropping products, water damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, not adhering to manufacturer provided usage instructions, or any misuse of products, electronic or mechanical.

We do not accept returns for normal product wear and tear, for example cosmetic blemishes or natural patina.

At DashVapes we offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We try to ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM EST the same day. In some situations though it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.

We offer various Canada Post shipping options all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. Available options within Canada are Canada Post Expedited and Canada Post XpressPost. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
Proof of Age Required
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (19+) option on every single package, no exceptions.

Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. - Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age verified, in accordance with Canadian law. only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else
Free Shipping
We offer free expedited shipping on all orders in Canada and USA when you purchase $35 or more in non-overstock products. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for free shipping in Canada, and Small Packet Air (Untracked) for free shipping the U.S.A. There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free. If you would like to ensure your package is tracked, please choose Canada Post Expedited on the checkout page, You can also upgrade to XpressPost, or Priority on the checkout page.

Overstock items are NOT counted towards the $35.00 minimum.

We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.

In the event your item is not succesfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.
Order Processing
We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding Canadian holidays).

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.

We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.

Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product's page. If we are experiencing a larger than normal order volume an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.

Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will go out the same day.
Carrier Restrictions
Canada Post do not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.

We only ship using Canada Post, we are unable to use FedEX, UPS, DHL or any other shipping carrier.
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Your order has shipped!" is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

Every package shipped by DashVapes is insured up to $100.00 on tracked packages only. If your order is larger than $100, and you'd like to add full insurance coverage to your package, you can do so at the checkout page. In the event that Canada Post loses a package, we will only credit orders up to $100.00 if they do not have full insurance.

US and International non-tracked items do not have insurance, and will not be replaced in the event of loss.
Orders outside of North America
International orders may be untracked. You can choose your shipping option at the checkout page. Untracked International orders may take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.

Electronic Cigarette liquid (or ejuice) can only be canceled if the order has not yet been created. Since we typically mix to order, We are unable to cancel / refund / credit for juice that is already created, even if it is still within our facilities. Great all day long
Its mostly apple and peach with some strawberry notes to it. Just a great flavour mixed right. Its smooth and satisfying. I love this stuff and it's a great juice for the price. Definitely gets better if you let it steep a couple days or more. Give it a try.

Eh its alright
I dunno why people saying all they taste is apple all i taste is strawberry and peachyness its kinda perfumy almost. Its like its almost good but its not. I can 'grind' through a tank here and there its not too bad once you get used to the flav. Will i order again? Eh maybe if its in the clearance again and i get it cheap. Thats what its good for cheap juice to throw in rotation and stretch out your good stuff 3 star because flav is perfumy cant taste apple decent vapor production tho. Ill let it steep a few days and try it again see if its any better

Not impressed
All I taste is the apple. I always order 200 mL so I'm grinding through it. I think it's ok, but I will definitely not be repeating my purchase of this product.

I actually wanted to like this
Billy is mostly apple. I did not taste any of the other stuff it claims to have. It is sweet, but not too sweet and the taste was incredible, especially at the store. However, over time, whether it's because of the dry weather or because it was steeped for a while, the entire thing became incredibly harsh and gave me an intense throat-burn feeling. At first, it was an incredibly smooth and delicious vape, but I'm not sure what happened (and yes, I shake my bottles every time). It's a bit weird that both juices I picked up that day had the same throat-burning effect, but I put this in a clearomizer, an RDA, and an RDTA and it just never really worked out after a week. The RDA gave perhaps the smoothest and most flavorful vape, but it was still a relatively harsh vape compared to other juices I put into it. It's a shame, too, because the overall flavor is great. I just could not get rid of that icy burning feeling and forcing myself to kill 30mL's of it have left my throat and my lungs raw. Won't be buying it again, no matter how much I would like to.

Decent juice
A nice mix of flavours, I prefer the Bobby version though. The apple really comes through, as well as some peach. I found it very similar to other fruit combos available. Nice juice but not a fave of mine.

Absolutely out of this world!
Vaping on smok al85 with q2 coil @4ohms wattage between 47 and 55 w. Picked this juice up this morning I've already blown through 3 tanks. Flavor profile seems more present at higher wattages. Rigjt away you taste the apple which has a nice juicy flavour, unlike some of the others it doesnt have the fake taste. On the exhale you ddfinitely taste the peach with a fain strwberry. Vapor production is solid and has little to no throat hit. Now wanna try bobbys guava, cuz this could nost certainly be an adv.

One of my all-time favourite juices
Billy is predominantly Apple, but definitely has some hints of the peach and strawberry rounding it out. A particularly good apple flavour for me in particular as I don't like them too sweet and while Billy is definitely on the sweet side, it doesn't overdo it and the tang I like from an apple is there in spades. I predominantly sub-ohm this stuff at 3mg, typically in a Cleito EXO or most recently in a Vandy Vape dripper and it just gets better and better as I'm able to get the flavour even more concentrated. Have tried it in a MTL tank and still enjoy it a lot, although I'd have to up the nic to 6mg to make the throat hit work for me. Given the unusually low price for this juice, it's a 100% recommend from me if you're after an apple. Definitely worth a try. It's cousin Bobby (more of a watermelon/guava thing) is also excellent and I regularly buy/order both.

You can’t get billy apple with out his alien cousin bobby guava! match they’re labels together and you get bilby! Alone I thought the flavours were artificial and kinda powerful but after playing with the aliens faces I realized theses were meant to be mixed! Can’t go wrong with this one for only 10$ Bilby is apple guava and it’s amazing ladies and gentleman.

Ok but...
Its not that great. When Itried it in store it was good and light but with 3mg nicotine the throat hit isnt that great. Good for the price. Has a chemical after taste. But its still ok to vape not an everydape vape tho.

Amazing for the price!
A predominantly strong really yummy apple flavour! I feel like its a mix of a big red apple and a granny smith, very sweet with a slight sour note. 100% an ADV for me! For this price you can't go wrong!

it's a solid juice, you can't go wrong for the price, I like the apple and hit of peaches in it as well ..... plus a small PRO for me is the Area 51 art on the bottle.
