    Yes it’s the 4ml. The 2ml size would have “TPD” in the title. 4ml is the standard size. Also the zlide which is the newer model is only a 2ml. I bought this tank, but it’s way to tight of a MTL for me. I like a very loose MTL like my nautilus 2s is when using the large cyclops DL hole & the 0.7ohm coil.

    Can this tank be used with the coolfire mini? I know the coolfire mini comes with a 2ml zenith as standard, but can this be used as a 4ml upgrade?

    Yes, it would work as both units use the generic 510 that is the standard fitting.     When I use the 1.6 Ohm, everything's perfect. Great draw, great sound, crystal clear with any holes open. But I recently changed to the 0.8 Ohm and it sounds gurgly no matter what. Is that normal? Even the 5 clicks turn off, I can hear the slight vape between t hose clicks more juicy than normal. Normal behaviour?

    Thanks guys. Yeah I guess I am too new to know what true gurgling is. It's bubbly lol. Just tried again with 4 holes opened at 17W I think that does it. Still bubbly after 1.5s and it's too loosey loose for me. I like it tight. Well thanks again I think I will stick with the 1.6 and on future replacement also. Cheers and happy weekend!

    Totally normal, as long as you turned the wattage up progressively when you puthe new coil in and don't go beyond 18 watts, it should be fine. Just beware of the one sided air intake; it should be fully opened when using the .8ohms and, even then, the coil will have a tendency to burn on the side opposite the air intake pretty early... that said, if you use a thin juice (no more than 60% vg) it will still last quite a while. The bubbling you hear is just the stainless steel mesh heating the liquid.

    Make sure the coil is seated properly. There's a certain position it has to go in. I have never had trouble with the 0.8, and decided to try the Plex coil (0.5). Great results. ==The Zenith does not have a click in the air slot control==. I have had the Zenith for a few months now, and never any gurgle or spit. I find 17 watts for the 0.8 perfect. I hope your tank isn't damaged, but it can be the only reason for these anomalies that I can think of. Unless you got a knock off, which wouldn't happen if you ordered it here. A true Zenith Innokin will have came with authentication.

    Can you buy a replacement glass for this if it breaks? I also wanted to know if this tank is appropriate for a thinner vape liquid that needs to be vaped at a lower temp of 120c? If so should I go for 1.6 or 0.8 ohms? Thank you

    The glass is not replaceable. All reviews and manuals state the glass is not replaceable. This tank is not made for "clouding" per say, but does provide a nice cloud. It is more for smoking cessation. The coil will not handle temp control, and wattage should be kept at the high end of the recommendation of the coil stated right on the box. It is however, the best MTL tank on the market in my opinion.

    How is the airflow on this tank? I'm looking to get another MTL but nothing seems to be restrictive enough. The Ares was so airy I couldn't use it. Is this anything like the airflow of the berserker?

    The Zenith Airflow is great - Very similar to a Nautilus. One of the better MTL Tanks in my opinion. I too found the Ares a little too airy for MTL.

    We want nothing more than for our customers to feel they receive quality products and high quality service. After the receipt of your order, we offer a 14-day return policy on any DOA (dead on arrival) or unused items, factory sealed in the manufacturer's original packaging.

    Please inspect and test all products upon receipt, the 14-day return window begins regardless of whether the products were opened or not.

    Any manufacturer defects will be solved by our 30-day warranty (or 90-day warranty where applicable).

    Unfortunately consumables are always a final sale (e-juice, coils, tanks, accesories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuildable supplies, etc).
    Our 30-day warranty begins the day the items are delivered. Customer assumes all cost in shipping items back to DashVapes, and DashVapes assume all cost in shipping the item back to the customer. Shipping cost incurrected is non-refundable/creditable.

    What is not covered by our warranty?
    • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
    • Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair
    • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse
    • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
    • Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
    • Leaky tanks are not covered under warranty
    • Loss or damage due to missing components
    • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush)
    • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
    • Rattling or sticky buttons
    • Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
    • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
    • Items outside of our warranty period

    What is covered by our Warranty?
    • LED screen issues
    • Charging port issues
    • Battery issues (turning off when firing, etc)
    • Unit auto firing.
    • Chip malfunctions

    Some products will have minor flaws and that is to be expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange if an item is defective (malfunctioning).

    If you are still covered under warranty, please proceed to our Return Merchandise Authorization page.
    Extended Warranty
    DashVapes offers an extended 90-day warranty on some items (specifically starter kits and mods). The 90-day extended warranty extends your existing 30-day warranty that comes with the purchase to 90 days. The price for the extended warranty is always $5.00.

    You can add the Extended Warranty to your purchase when you add an item to your shopping cart.

    You may purchase the additional warranty on your device within 7 days of your purchase.

    The extended warranty prolongs your warranty period from 30 to 90 days. It does not alter what is covered by the warranty.
    Restocking Fee
    Returns / exchanges will incur a 10% Restocking fee on items. This includes packages not signed for during delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier. We can only accept returns on manufacturer sealed items. If an item does not come sealed originally, we are unable to take a return on it. Returns and exchanges are made in the form of Store Credit, and added to your account in the form of Points. Please be aware, if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you in, no Credit will be given and the package will be returned to you at your expense.
    Underage Purchases
    Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province or state. (If you are in Canada and choose UPS, UPS requires you to be 19 regardless of where you order from). If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.

    Product Exchanges
    Items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) or still under warranty, are eligible for an exchange only. We will exchange the item with the exact same item, in the exact same colour. Exceptions may apply if the item is no longer being actively stocked.

    Refunds & Store Credit
    We are unable to issue refunds to any form of payment other than the original credit card used to make your purchase.

    We issue refunds within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund.

    Depending on your card-issuing bank, please allow up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your statement.

    Where applicable, we issue store credit in the form of reward points for the value of the returned product(s) after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.

    Original shipping fees may be deducted from a refund unless the return is the result of our error. International shipping fees are non-refundable.

    At DashVapes we offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We try to ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:30 PM EST the same day. In some situations though it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.

    We offer various Weels Same-day Delivery, Canada Post and UPS shipping options in Canada. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
    Proof of Age Required
    We utilize Proof of Age (18+, 19+ or 21+ depending on your province, state or country) option on every single package, no exceptions.

    Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

    Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

    We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. - Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age verified, in accordance with Canadian law. only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. The carrier will NOT release the package to anyone else
    Same-Day Delivery
    DashVapes offers same-day delivery to a limited amount of postal zones surrounding some of the DashVapes retail locations in Canada.

    You must place your order before 11:30 AM, be in an eligible delivery zone, and choose Same Day Delivery as your shipping option. The service costs $8.00 + tax (The service is free if your order is over $35). If you choose the FREE same-day delivery option - your order may arrive the next day.

    Deliveries take place every day except for on holidays. Deliveries will arrive to you between 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
    Deliveries in Otttawa only happen Monday-Friday.
    You must present ID to the driver showing that you are 19 years of age or older. Failure to do so will result in a failed delivery and an additional $6.00 to re-attempt delivery on a future day. Please be sure you are available to receive the delivery.

    Once we ship your package, you will receive an email and SMS asking for you to confirm that you'll be able to receive the package, or to reschedule the delivery to a different day. Please note that after you confirm the delivery, if we are unable to succesfully deliver at no fault of our couriers, there will be a $6.00 re-delivery charge.

    Free Shipping
    DashVapes offers free shipping in Canada on all orders C$35.00 or greater.

    Overstock items do not count towards the free shipping minimum. We utilize whichever shipping option is available to us at the time. Some free shipping options may be untracked. There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free.

    We offer multiple carrier options on the checkout page, and we reserve the right to switch carriers at any time if we believe the delivery would arrive faster or be more cost effective for DashVapes.

    We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.

    Orders shipping for free must ship from the same distribution center. If all of the items on your order are not in stock at one distribution center and must be shipped form multiple locations, we will contact you to either change the item or to pay additional shipping charges.

    In the event your item is not succesfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.

    Orders shipped to outside of Canada and outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and / or brokerage fees. We cannot control this.
    Order Processing
    We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding holidays).

    Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.

    We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.

    Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product's page. If we are experiencing a larger than normal order volume an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.

    Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:30 PM EST will go out the same day. (Delivery will depend on the carrier).
    Carrier Restrictions
    Most carriers do not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major holidays.

    Electronic Cigarette liquid (or ejuice) can only be canceled if the order has not yet been created.
