I ended up returning my Smok Nord due to other defects including the leakage problem the device has. Just an FYI, they accepted the return due to the other defects, not the leaking. There are explanations and hacks on youtube on how to “fix” the problem but I can’t guarantee if it’s effective as I didn’t try it myself. Don’t use 50/50 juice due to the spitbacks it being a thin juice. 70/30 percent worked well for me.

first> no sir theres no real solution to prevent leaking, all pod systems leak at one time or another. second> i use 50\50 and 70\30 I tried 100vg but it just seems way too thick. lastly..... i have 4 nord 1 aspire breeze 2 and 2 breeze nxt the breeze NXT leaks the least, ive had it in my pocket at work all day without losing a single drop, and the NXT has mesh coils too. something you may want to consider if a leaking nord is that bad.

Hi, there is no permanent solution to leaking for Nord; all the new SMOK products I've tried tend to have this trouble, the best way to tackle this issue to clean the POD every time you refill; however using a high VG juice (70% or higher) tend to get less leakage. In that case, you need a 0.6 /0.4-ohm coil. For 1.4 ohms this device never performs well, further if you use higher VC the coil will gunk up sooner; that mean less coil life. I would suggest to try on 0.6-ohm mesh coil with 70% VG for better result.

Would I be able to use the MTL coil for DTL purposes? DTL works best for me but nic salts aren't supposed to go with sub-ohm coils, which the DTL coil is.

Ok so this might be a stupid question, but I’m looking at purchasing this vape, and I’m also looking at getting the cactus dragon fruit juice, I’m trying to quit / slow down, and Im going to purchase it in 15 salt nic (1.5%) I believe it has a 40/60 ratio (pg/vg) so my question is, based on the juice ratio, nicotine level, and vape, what coil should I purchase? I know I want a mesh coil but I’m honestly kind of confused by all the different levels, what ohm coil would work best with that kind of juice? Any kinda of help or response would be much appreciated thanks!

Took me a while to find this one as well. You can check the battery status by pressing the button 3 times and then it should flash the corresponding colour.

Using a Smok Nord 0.6ohm coil with 12mg nic salt is making me daisy in 2 mins, using 6mg nic salt and I don't feel I am smoking, is it ok to go 9mg? why we shouldn't go more than 6mg nic salt in 0.6ohm? I like cloud ( I'm in IT ;) ) and I don't want hit on my throat at all.

Why does it warn against using 30mg nic salt juice with sub ohms? Does this mean I can't use the juices I bought (which are both 30mg nic salt) with the 0.6 ohm coil? Will it ruin the coil or do I jist run the risk of nic sick? What juice should I use if I prefer the harder hit of the 0.6 coil it comes with? Thanks

Higher nic can decrease the life span of a coil. But yes with subohm you dont want that high of nic salt because you have a very high chance of getting sick from it. I would just get some juice that has a lower amount of nic salt if you're wanting to stick with nic salt. I personally like my nic salt juice with this 0.6 coil at about 6-7mg. Hope this helped.

Mine keeps leaking vape juice into the conector part where the top conects to the battery keeps leaking onto there not alot but it does its brand new barley use it and noticed when i took the top of to fill it the battery i side part was a little wet with vape juice how do i stop that

I'm sort of new but this is completely normal on anything with a pod. There is a holes at the bottom of the pod that way you can inhale. When refilled it is completely normal for a little juice to ooze out. If it is more than a little then it is probably a bad coil seal. Hope I helped!

I purchased my Nord Smok Vap 5 Days Ago. 1) First day outing to Casino I had put it in my pocket only to find my whole pocket got soaked with the nicotine oil. When I checked inside, the Cap for Tank was intact, no other point indicating any leakage??? 2) Yesterday, when packing my purse, smelled something burning when I checked inside the Tank, it was empty. Filled the tank and wiping up with tissue and Q-tip. Vaped half hour later tasted aweful and still smelled bad. !!!

I just picked one of these up two weeks ago. My first vape pen. So my learning curve was sharp. I may have done the same thing. Left the power turned on, threw it in my pocket, and found all my juice leaked out in a more condensed vapor which left juice all over my pocket. Four days later, I burnt through all my juice and incinerated my coil while trying to take a hit. I ended up being gifted a second unit in a different colour and have decided to carry both around with me. One tank wasn't enough for my daily smoking habits. And was only on the 3mg juices. Just got the 6mg stuff today, and have noticed a much more fulfilling experience. This has immediately become preferable to smoking tobacco, and have nearly given it up completely. Now, if it wasnt so tasty I'd probably stop all together. But, it's super nice.

What VG/PG ratio are you using. The pods will leak a very minimal amount inside of the pen as the airflow is at the bottom of the coil. But for flooding and leaking I would say with a bad coil seal, bad tank or juice was too thin. I run 70/30 6mg with the 0.6ohm mesh coils without issues. You do have to make sure you turn it off before putting in a pocket because it can fire easily without you knowing (I wish the button was flat with the pen for that reason)

I'm currently using the breeze 2 and I love it... except the clips broke on both of the ones I own. Is this comparable? Better? The same? I am relatively new to vaping and dont now all the terms. I just know I like the breeze 2 with the 1 ohm coil. Any help would he appreciated.

Pros: Nord comes in a nice and compact size so you can carry around everywhere you go (slight bigger than your regular Bic lighter). Great flavor if you use the 0.6 mesh coils. If you want mouth to lung hits like a cigarettes, stick to the 1.4 MTL coils. Battery will last you more than a day per charge, but then again it depends on how often you use it. I personally like the 0.6 mesh coils because of the flavor as well as vapor production. The mesh coil also lasts a long time. The 1.4 MTL coil also allows you to use either regular vape juice or nicotine salt juice Cons: You do need to watch out for vapor residuals built up around the mouth piece, just make sure you keep a lil napkin around you to wipe it down every so often, not a deal breaker to be honest.

I got the nord cause my aspire breeze kept not firing for me the nord spits a little juice sometimes and leaks a little I just clean it when I refill it works great even with a little leakage i would recommend this unit over aspire breeze 2

It's ok
Good vapor production, big clouds (if you care about that sort of thing) but the flavour is no more then I get from the Breeze 2 or Novo. The button constantly miss fires in my pocket making this device only good for driving or home vaping. With nicotine salts I get a headache from this device even down at 3mg/ml (from my usual 10mg) and even with the 0.8 ohm coils. This device is oddly heavy for it's size and battery I'd guess twice as heavy as the Breeze 2 which makes it not great for golf course or hiking. It does seem durable though and the push in coils are nice and easy. The protruding button is a real head scratcher as to how that got through the product testing. The new Aspire Breeze NXT will render this product obsolete I'd imagine.

good but not great
I recently bought the Nord to replace my Breeze 2, the main reason is because it was giving out on me since I've had it for so long but I also wanted to try mesh coils. After buying it I realized the mesh coils only last me 3 or so days with high nic juices and has the weakest MTL draw ive ever had. The Nord leaks quite a bit and the protruding fire button makes me CONSTANTLY accidentally fire it, talking about the button the light indicator dosen't actually show your battery when you click it only when you recharge it which is a total bummer since you practically never know what your battery is at unless it's about to die. The little window to see your juice level is horrible and you can never really tell what your juice is at so you have to remind yourself to constantly check it, there's been multiple times that I've forgotten to check my juice level and burnt my coil from firing it with no liquid. When changing the coil you also have to worry about having absolutely no liquid in the tank or else it will spill out the holes which isn't a huge issue but is just poor design. Those are my complaints but besides that it gets the job done I guess but will probably switch back to a breeze 2 soon

Favorite Pod System
I love the Nord so much that this is my 3rd one. I've recommended it to my sister, my aunt, and my Fiancee, who all have bought one and also Loved theirs. You will not be disappointed! Not a good performance
Using DL and MTL makes no difference. Both coils are not powerful to satisfy me as a customer. Even with the DL Coil I get no throat hit with a 20mg liquid ...

Great starter and loose MTL Vape
The nord is the big brother to the smok novo which was one of my favourite pods of 2018. Now we have the nord which is a bit bigger which means more battery life and this coil/Pod type device is great for a average everyday vaper and a smoker looking to make the switch.

Good!.. I think?
This being my first POD device, I wasn't sure what to expect exactly. Coming from a Crown IV, the flavour on this is maybe half of what the Crown provides. However, the size, feel in the hand, draw, battery life and juice life on this are excellent. I've upped the NIC in the juice I use in this, and it provides a nice throat hit. I LOVE the look of the Red and Yellow Resin. If this thing provided better flavour, I'd go buy another one and use them as my primary devices.

Warranty
Our 30-day warranty begins the day the items are delivered. Customer assumes all cost in shipping items back to DashVapes, and DashVapes assume all cost in shipping the item back to the customer. Shipping cost incurrected is non-refundable/creditable.

What is not covered by our warranty?
  • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
  • Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse
  • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
  • Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
  • Leaky tanks are not covered under warranty
  • Loss or damage due to missing components
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush)
  • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
  • Rattling or sticky buttons
  • Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
  • Items outside of our warranty period

What is covered by our Warranty?
  • LED screen issues
  • Charging port issues
  • Battery issues (turning off when firing, etc)
  • Unit auto firing.
  • Chip malfunctions


Some products will have minor flaws and that is to be expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange if an item is defective (malfunctioning).

Extended Warranty
DashVapes offers an extended 90-day warranty on some items (specifically starter kits and mods). The 90-day extended warranty extends your existing 30-day warranty that comes with the purchase to 90 days. The price for the extended warranty is always $5.00.

You can add the Extended Warranty to your purchase when you add an item to your shopping cart.

You may purchase the additional warranty on your device within 7 days of your purchase.

The extended warranty prolongs your warranty period from 30 to 90 days. It does not alter what is covered by the warranty.
Restocking Fee
Returns / exchanges will incur a 10% Restocking fee on items. This includes packages not signed for during delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier. We can only accept returns on manufacturer sealed items. If an item does not come sealed originally, we are unable to take a return on it. Returns and exchanges are made in the form of Store Credit, and added to your account in the form of Points. Please be aware, if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you in, no Credit will be given and the package will be returned to you at your expense.
Underage Purchases
Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province or state. Wrong or Missing Order Item(s)
If we make an error when fulfilling your order, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package to initiate a claim. A brief email to sales@dashvapes.com alerting us of an error is the quickest way of initiating claims. We make sure to correct any fulfillment mistakes as quickly as possible, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Incorrectly received items must be returned to us. We provide you with a prepaid return label via email to send back the product(s) free of charge. If we do not receive the item(s) within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge the original payment method used to make your purchase for the full dollar amount of the product(s).
Product Exchanges
Items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) or still under warranty, are eligible for an exchange only. We will exchange the item with the exact same item, in the exact same colour. Exceptions may apply if the item is no longer being actively stocked.

We can not offer store credit or refunds on warranty exchanges.
Refunds & Store Credit
We are unable to issue refunds to any form of payment other than the original credit card used to make your purchase.

We are unable to issue a refund via Interac E-Transfer, Cash, Debit Card or Cheque. If you purchased using Interac E-Transfer, Debit Card, Cash or Cheque, you will receive store credit.

We issue refunds within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund.

Depending on your card-issuing bank, please allow up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your statement.

Where applicable, we issue store credit in the form of reward points for the value of the returned product(s) after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.

These reward points can be used as cash on the checkout page and in-store.

Original shipping fees may be deducted from a refund unless the return is the result of our error. International shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: we cannot process return or refund requests without proof of purchase.
Non-returnable & Final Sale Items
All clearance, final sale, or "as is" marked items are nonrefundable and ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We also cannot accept returns of atomizer tanks, rebuildable atomizers (unless DOA), mods that contain no electrical components, battery cells, replacement parts, accessories and electronic cigarette liquids.

Our 30-day return policy does not include coverage of accidents and user errors such as over-tightening atomizers, stripping threads, broken glass, physical damage, dropping products, water damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, not adhering to manufacturer provided usage instructions, or any misuse of products, electronic or mechanical.

We do not accept returns for normal product wear and tear, for example cosmetic blemishes or natural patina.
Return Merchandise Authorization
To initiate a return or exchange you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please fill out the form at http://www.dashvapes.com/rma
Return Address
After you receive an RMA number, please return your product(s) to us within 30 days. Be sure to include your RMA Approval email.

Pack all merchandise safely to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking & insurance. DashVapes, Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.

At DashVapes we offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We try to ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM EST the same day. In some situations though it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.

We offer various Canada Post, and UPS shipping options all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
Proof of Age Required
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+, 19+ or 21+ depending on your province or state) option on every single package, no exceptions.

Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. - Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age verified, in accordance with Canadian law. only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else
Free Shipping
We offer free same day shipping (not delivery) on all orders in Canada and USA when you purchase C$35 or more in non-overstock products, and free shipping every where else in the world when you spend C$100 or more in non-overstock products. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for free shipping in Canada, UPS Standard for free shipping the U.S.A, and UPS or Canada Post Air Shipping for all international destinations (some international destinations may be untracked). There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free.

Overstock items are NOT counted towards the free shipping minimum.

We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.

Orders shipping for free must ship from the same distribution center. If all of the items on your order are not in stock at one distribution center and must be shipped form multiple locations, we will contact you to either change the item or to pay additional shipping charges.

In the event your item is not succesfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.

Orders shipped to outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and / or brokerage fees. We cannot control this.
Order Processing
We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding Canadian holidays).

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.

We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.

Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product's page. If we are experiencing a larger than normal order volume an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.

Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will go out the same day. (Delivery will depend on the carrier)
Carrier Restrictions
Canada Post do not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.

We only ship using Canada Post and UPS, we are unable to use FedEX, DHL or any other shipping carrier.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Your order has shipped!" is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

Please check your email's "spam" folders if you did not receive a tracking number

Canadian customers can track their packages using http://www.canadapost.ca

U.S.A customers can track their packages using http://www.usps.com

International customers can track their packages using the local post office service for their country if a tracking number is provided. Sometimes, International tracking is not available.

Insurance
Every package shipped by DashVapes is insured up to $100.00 on tracked packages only. If your order is larger than $100, and you'd like to add full insurance coverage to your package, you can do so at the checkout page. In the event that Canada Post or UPS lose a package, we will only credit orders up to $100.00 if they do not have full insurance.

US and International non-tracked items do not have insurance, and will not be replaced in the event of loss.
Orders outside of Canada
DashVapes offers multiple shipping options at various price points when shipping outside of Canada, or the United States.

UPS offers the most reliable, and quickest options. You can find the shipping rates on the checkout page after filling out your delivery address.

Please ensure that you mind the laws of the country you are ordering to. We specialize in shipping tasty e-juice and affordable hardware to UK.

There may be additional import duties and taxes when receiving your package. This is rated based on your country and is out of our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.

Electronic Cigarette liquid (or ejuice) can only be canceled if the order has not yet been created. Since we typically mix to order, We are unable to cancel / refund / credit for juice that is already created, even if it is still within our facilities. You can tell the status of ejuice that is on your order by navigating to the order at http://www.dashvapes.com/account/orders
