Starting Salary: Salary + Commission
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities.
- Work with independent wholesale distributors and retailers to grow sales nationwide.
- Build strong business relationships with independent wholesale distributors and retailers.
- Present sales opportunities and results to wholesale distributors and retail management.
- Act as liaison on behalf of DashVapes Inc. to wholesale accounts.
- Encourage existing wholesale accounts to grow sales.
- Deliver timely and accurate business information to independent distributors and retailers.
- Operate and develop a company sales territory, when needed.
- Comply with established practices and procedures for conducting business.
- Regularly maintain effective communication with management.
- Appropriately represent DashVapes Inc. within the marketplace.
- A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Vaping/Electronic-Cigarette experience is an asset.
- Demonstrated excellence at achieving goals and executing company and/or sales strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership and motivation skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands.
- Experience building strong business relationships.
- Demonstrated high level of initiative and self motivation and a high level of independence required.
- Goal oriented with experience setting and achieving challenging goals.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with others including one-on-one discussions and speaking before groups of customers or coworkers.
- Experience providing customer service in variety of situations.
- Experience making sales calls with retailers, both at store level and headquarters.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make decisions and seek out appropriate assistance.
- Demonstrated ability to plan each day to maximize time accomplishing measurable results.
- Experience working as part of a team and assisting others.
- Able and willing to travel extensively within assigned region.
- Able and willing to travel and work outside of assigned region at a time when needed.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must have OWN vehicle; expenses paid.
