Bought mine early septembre, 1 week late the AutoPull stopped working. And now, can't use it because it is indeed auto firing. Damn shame, because when it worked... I was a wonderfull All in one. And of course, for once in my life... I did not keep the box, so can't return it. Oh well.

Hey Felipe - Same here, will continue firing after using the draw-activated function. Some times a quick second draw stop sit, but a lot of times you have to draw hard a second time to get it to stop. I haven't had the random firing issue, but it's still annoying. Otherwise, I love everything about it though. Great flavour. good coil life if you keep it juiced up and don't let it dry out. If they resolve the random firing issue, it will become my daily-driver.

This thing has a mind of its own. The one I received will auto-fire with sudden movements or sometimes just at random. You should definitely turn it off when not in use. I am not sure how they could fix it without replacing the whole unit, so I would wait for a newer version.

So many choices I’m a bit confused W/ this system what coil do I use for nic salts? Are they not both sub ohm? I thought u weren’t supposed to vape salts with sub ohm? Also, should the other coil be able to handle the thicker VG freebase?

Conventional wisdom says Nic Salts on subohm isn't a good idea, however, newer devices are pretty tolerant. I used 5mg nic salt in this and it was fine, I've handed it off to my SO and she doesn't seem to have any trouble with her 24mg nic salts in this. She did comment that it seems a bit harsh, but nothing she can't handle. We both noted that flavor on this is quite good. I'm going to say that right now, it depends, if you're in the 30-50 mg range, I'd warn to be cautious, as the mesh coil can really push the vapor, and at such high nic content that could be a bit extreme, but for the most part, the nic salts we've used have been fine.

Have they done anything to correct how cheap and flimsy the plastic clips are from the Breeze 2? Looked at it funny and they would snap. I like the Breeze2 but after my 4th one broke i said forget and switched to the Caliburn

Hello Brain, on the NXT there are no clips for the pods, they are pressure fit. There are some new improvements they have made to definitely make this better than the Breeze 2 and some other pod systems out there. For example a couple improvements would be the pod capacity, now you can have up to 5.4ml of e-juice in the pod, also you are able to adjust the airflow with this new device. However the caliburn is also a great pick up! Happy vaping!

the breeze nxt has been updated in that sense where it pops in relying on a plug 'n' play connection similar to the caliburn, just pops in and is held by magnets. So there is no clips to deal with.

Better off using reg nic with 70/30. Tried 50/50 nic salt 3% and didn't work well; ejuice flows through coils like water, and nic salt hit is way too strong.

this lovely fella and i have been lovers for months now. and to tell you honestly she still does the work that shes supposed to do. theres been a lot of times when i dropped her while running, gaming, etc. ofcourse shes got a lot of dents now but still works fine! just amazing. i hit her crazy everyday with hundreds of puff. battery life has decreased. but she still gets me though the whole day. only had to charge at night. now idk if you guys would consider it leaking but sometimes she get moist from inside especially on the air ducts that sits on the cartridge. but never have i had a serious leak that caused me trouble. i just love her so much and i just wanna share the blessings with you. you can thank me laterr *wink*

Was great for a while
In concept this is the perfect POD system, large tank, battery, great design. Unfortunately at around 35 days (5 days after warranty) the autofire stopped working, and started to leak - and isnt this supposed to be leak proof ? Its to bad, its almost perfect, and now I cant really use it.

Been vaping for 5 years now, going from SubOHM tanks to this little kit to stop vaping. Flavour is great, coil longevity isn’t the best but what do you expect from a pod/AIO kit. 5* all day compared to the Nord or other pod/AIO kits I’ve tried.

i bought one and first one did not have the auto draw they sent me another one and it still has no auto draw but overall the breeze NXT works great i still recommend this device as it still works by pressing the fire button.

Great unit but...
The pods leak sometimes. I had the auto draw switch stick so it would randomly fire in my pocket because juice leaked through the air holes. It got replaced under warranty and i purchased an extra tank for more flavors on the go. Both the pods still leak from the air holes. Other than that its a great unit

Caliburn Killer?
Really great device. Great flavor, nice warm vape. I'm using 25mg salt nic. Good coil life, I like the vape from this better than the Caliburn however I'm getting better coil life with the Caliburn.

Auto Fires
Mine has started to autofire on it's own, so can't use it. Broke after less than a month. The auto pull also failed. But, when it did work, the flavor was great, it looks good. Too bad it failed, because, I really enjoyed this AOL. So Good - Looks good - Small, solid, ligh - Good flavor. - Good capacity - Does not drink juice. So juice lasts pretty long. Bad - Auto Pull failed. - Autofires on it's own, so is basicly unusable.

Any manufacturer defects will be solved by our 30-day warranty (or 90-day warranty where applicable).

Unfortunately consumables are always a final sale (e-juice, coils, tanks, accesories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuildable supplies, etc).
Our 30-day warranty begins the day the items are delivered. Customer assumes all cost in shipping items back to DashVapes, and DashVapes assume all cost in shipping the item back to the customer. Shipping cost incurrected is non-refundable/creditable.

What is not covered by our warranty?
  • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
  • Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse
  • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
  • Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
  • Leaky tanks are not covered under warranty
  • Loss or damage due to missing components
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush)
  • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
  • Rattling or sticky buttons
  • Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
  • Items outside of our warranty period

What is covered by our Warranty?
  • LED screen issues
  • Charging port issues
  • Battery issues (turning off when firing, etc)
  • Unit auto firing.
  • Chip malfunctions

Some products will have minor flaws and that is to be expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange if an item is defective (malfunctioning).

Extended Warranty
DashVapes offers an extended 90-day warranty on some items (specifically starter kits and mods). The 90-day extended warranty extends your existing 30-day warranty that comes with the purchase to 90 days. The price for the extended warranty is always $5.00.

You can add the Extended Warranty to your purchase when you add an item to your shopping cart.

You may purchase the additional warranty on your device within 7 days of your purchase.

The extended warranty prolongs your warranty period from 30 to 90 days. It does not alter what is covered by the warranty.
Restocking Fee
Returns / exchanges will incur a 10% Restocking fee on items. This includes packages not signed for during delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier. We can only accept returns on manufacturer sealed items. If an item does not come sealed originally, we are unable to take a return on it. Returns and exchanges are made in the form of Store Credit, and added to your account in the form of Points. Please be aware, if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you in, no Credit will be given and the package will be returned to you at your expense.
Underage Purchases
Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province or state. (If you are in Canada and choose UPS, UPS requires you to be 19 regardless of where you order from). If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.

Incorrectly received items must be returned to us. We provide you with a prepaid return label via email to send back the product(s) free of charge. Product Exchanges
Items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) or still under warranty, are eligible for an exchange only. We will exchange the item with the exact same item, in the exact same colour. Exceptions may apply if the item is no longer being actively stocked.

Refunds & Store Credit
We are unable to issue refunds to any form of payment other than the original credit card used to make your purchase.

We are unable to issue a refund via Interac E-Transfer, Cash, Debit Card or Cheque. If you purchased using Interac E-Transfer, Debit Card, Cash or Cheque, you will receive store credit.

We issue refunds within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund.

Where applicable, we issue store credit in the form of reward points for the value of the returned product(s) after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.

At DashVapes we offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We try to ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM EST the same day. In some situations though it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.

We offer various Canada Post, and UPS shipping options all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
Proof of Age Required
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+, 19+ or 21+ depending on your province or state) option on every single package, no exceptions.

Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. - Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age verified, in accordance with Canadian law. only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else
Free Shipping
We offer free same day shipping (not delivery) on all orders in Canada and USA when you purchase C$35 or more in non-overstock products, and free shipping every where else in the world when you spend C$100 or more in non-overstock products. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for free shipping in Canada, UPS Standard for free shipping the U.S.A, and UPS or Canada Post Air Shipping for all international destinations (some international destinations may be untracked). There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free.

Overstock items are NOT counted towards the free shipping minimum.

We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.

Orders shipping for free must ship from the same distribution center. If all of the items on your order are not in stock at one distribution center and must be shipped form multiple locations, we will contact you to either change the item or to pay additional shipping charges.

In the event your item is not succesfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.

Orders shipped to outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and / or brokerage fees. We cannot control this.

We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding Canadian holidays).

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.

Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product's page. If we are experiencing a larger than normal order volume an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.

Electronic Cigarette liquid (or ejuice) can only be canceled if the order has not yet been created.
