Returns & Warranty

We want nothing more than for our customers to feel they receive quality products and high quality service. After the receipt of your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on any DOA (dead on arrival) or unused items, factory sealed in the manufacturer's original packaging.

Please inspect and test all products upon receipt, the 30-day return window begins regardless of whether the products were opened or not.

After the 30-day return period ends, we try our best to provide as much assistance as possible with any manufacturer defect problems that may arise. We value your business, and always try to work out the best possible solution to issues on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be as reasonable and fair as possible and hope our customers reciprocate.

Unfortunately consumables are always a final sale (e-juice, coils, tanks, accesories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuildable supplies, etc).
Warranty
Our 30-day warranty begins the day the items are delivered. Customer assumes all cost in shipping items back to DashVapes, and DashVapes assume all cost in shipping the item back to the customer. Shipping cost incurrected is non-refundable/creditable.

What is not covered by our warranty?
  • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
  • Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse
  • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
  • Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
  • Leaky tanks are not covered under warranty
  • Loss or damage due to missing components
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush)
  • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
  • Rattling or sticky buttons
  • Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
  • Items outside of our warranty period

What is covered by our Warranty?
  • LED screen issues
  • Charging port issues
  • Battery issues (turning off when firing, etc)
  • Unit auto firing.
  • Chip malfunctions


Some products will have minor flaws and that is to be expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange if an item is defective (malfunctioning).

Extended Warranty
DashVapes offers an extended 90-day warranty on some items (specifically starter kits and mods). The 90-day extended warranty extends your existing 30-day warranty that comes with the purchase to 90 days. The price for the extended warranty is always $5.00.

You can add the Extended Warranty to your purchase when you add an item to your shopping cart.

You may purchase the additional warranty on your device within 7 days of your purchase.

The extended warranty prolongs your warranty period from 30 to 90 days. It does not alter what is covered by the warranty.
Restocking Fee
Returns / exchanges will incur a 10% Restocking fee on items. This includes packages not signed for during delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier. We can only accept returns on manufacturer sealed items. If an item does not come sealed originally, we are unable to take a return on it. Returns and exchanges are made in the form of Store Credit, and added to your account in the form of Points. Please be aware, if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you in, no Credit will be given and the package will be returned to you at your expense.
Underage Purchases
Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are 19 years of age or older. If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.
Wrong or Missing Order Item(s)
If we make an error when fulfilling your order, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package to initiate a claim. A brief email to sales@dashvapes.com alerting us of an error is the quickest way of initiating claims. We make sure to correct any fulfillment mistakes as quickly as possible, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Incorrectly received items must be returned to us. We provide you with a prepaid return label via email to send back the product(s) free of charge. If we do not receive the item(s) within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge the original payment method used to make your purchase for the full dollar amount of the product(s).
Product Exchanges
Items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) or still under warranty, are eligible for an exchange only. We will exchange the item with the exact same item, in the exact same colour. Exceptions may apply if the item is no longer being actively stocked.

We can not offer store credit or refunds on warranty exchanges.
Refunds & Store Credit
We are unable to issue refunds to any form of payment other than the original credit card used to make your purchase.

We are unable to issue a refund via Interac E-Transfer, Cash, Debit Card or Cheque. If you purchased using Interac E-Transfer, Debit Card, Cash or Cheque, you will receive store credit.

We issue refunds within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund.

Depending on your card-issuing bank, please allow up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your statement.

Where applicable, we issue store credit in the form of reward points for the value of the returned product(s) after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.

These reward points can be used as cash on the checkout page and in-store.

Original shipping fees may be deducted from a refund unless the return is the result of our error. International shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: we cannot process return or refund requests without proof of purchase.
Non-returnable & Final Sale Items
All clearance, final sale, or "as is" marked items are nonrefundable and ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We also cannot accept returns of atomizer tanks, rebuildable atomizers (unless DOA), mods that contain no electrical components, battery cells, replacement parts, accessories and electronic cigarette liquids.

Our 30-day return policy does not include coverage of accidents and user errors such as over-tightening atomizers, stripping threads, broken glass, physical damage, dropping products, water damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, not adhering to manufacturer provided usage instructions, or any misuse of products, electronic or mechanical.

We do not accept returns for normal product wear and tear, for example cosmetic blemishes or natural patina.

Return Address
After you receive an RMA number, please return your product(s) to us within 30 days. Be sure to include your RMA Approval email.

Shipping

At DashVapes we offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We try to ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM EST the same day. In some situations though it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.

We offer various Canada Post shipping options all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. Available options within Canada are Canada Post Expedited and Canada Post XpressPost. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
Proof of Age Required
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (19+) option on every single package, no exceptions.

Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

After we can undoubtedly verify your age (after a succesfull delivery) - You will be able to be exempt from having to sign for all packages.
Free Shipping
We offer free expedited shipping on all domestic orders when you purchase $35 or more in non-overstock products. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for these orders, but when items are small enough, We may take them out of their original packaging so they fit in a letter. We would then use untracked Lettermail. There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free. If you would like to ensure your package is tracked, please choose Canada Post Expedited on the checkout page, You can also upgrade to XpressPost on the checkout page.

Overstock items are NOT counted towards the $35.00 minimum.

We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.
Order Processing
We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding Canadian holidays).

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.

We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.

Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product's page. If we are experiencing a larger than normal order volume an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.

Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will go out the same day.
Carrier Restrictions
Canada Post do not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.

We only ship using Canada Post, we are unable to use FedEX, UPS, DHL or any other shipping carrier.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Your order has shipped!" is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

Insurance
Every package shipped by DashVapes is insured up to $100.00. If your order is larger than $100, and you'd like to add full insurance coverage to your package, you can do so at the checkout page. In the event that Canada Post loses a package, we will only credit orders up to $100.00 if they do not have full insurance.
Orders outside of North America
The default shipping option on international orders is Canada Post Tracked Packet and offers a tracking number, if your country is not listed on either lists below, your default shipping option will NOT INCLUDE a tracking number. You can also upgrade to Canada Post XpressPost International shipping if your country is listed below.

Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.

Electronic Cigarette liquid (or ejuice) can only be canceled if the order has not yet been created. Since we typically mix to order, We are unable to cancel / refund / credit for juice that is already created, even if it is still within our facilities. Meh...
Ill be honest, absolutely none of these flavours were good, didn't really catch any of the notes in the descriptions.. quite mediocre... Ill break it down as best i can,, they all had a solid vape production and great throat hit at 6mg. dead man.. was tart and flavourless tater... was a budget version of 'My Man' ... neopolitan ice-cream thats gone bad fuse... a little like true blue kilo,, creamy.. and nothing else g35 .. so close to being great, had all the right notes, but sooo lacking in depth.. again kinda blahhh slomo... i threw it out... dont even go there.. cell block four... great with a coffee... kinda creamy and tart at the same time.. lacking depth tho iris nights... the big 5 star of a group,.. exactly the same as the rest.. bland .. I would stay away from this pack

Bought the combo pack
So far I have tried the Franken vape. Not too bad of a taste, and a good cloud. I will try some more and reviews those vapes as well.

The price is just too good
This is amazing for the price. They didn't have Frankenvape though. Irie nights & Tater were really good. I would buy a bottle of Tater on it's own, yum. The others, meh, nothing great, but for the price it don't mind.

can't go wrong with the price
picked up this box set for my dad... he's not the pickiest with juice he just likes variety... needless to say i was pleasantly surprised with each of these juices... they each have a nice flavor with a twist that makes it well worth the money. i would order this pack again for my dad and even for myself. 8 x 30ml of some pretty good juice for 50$... definitely can't go wrong

Just received combo again
I am using this as a quit smoking aid and right now find it best choice for me. Although they took my two fav flavors out of the combo which was a disappointment as well as making the combo 8 instead of 10. Please put back the way it was not as much of a deal and my uncle and I both became fast loyal customers.

Good deal!
Some of the flavors I could care less for, and some I wonder how could they ever have been sold for premium price... but you're getting 300 ml of big brand juice for 50 cnd....hard to go wrong. even if you only like 7 out of 10, it's still a monster of a deal.

Cannot Go Wrong
Just finishing up first bottle but tried most of the others. My review title says it all. Yes I found flavours to be well different at first and then they grew om me and all is fine. For the price cannot go wrong and I would order again may do that. Could be worse and be paying local shop their rip off prices and dislike the flavour just as easily. So for the price I find a pretty good juice. One thing I did notice what you have your rig set at for wattage seems to make a huge flavour difference. This is just my opinion though and this juice is a winner in my opinion as well.

Excellent Value
Bought this pack in a 3mg a while ago for dripping. The labels are a little hard to see through, so it's hard to judge how much is left in each bottle. Most of the flavours taste the way they're described (except Tater, which tastes... chalky and weird, I guess). Frankenvape is amazing, I went through that one SO FAST. Absolutely delicious! Throat hit and vapour production were average.

All in all, an excellent way to try out flavours I wouldn't have bought at the regular price. Definitely good value!

Unbeatable value
I am not one to usually write reviews, but Dashvapes definitely earned this one. I had been contemplating ordering this sample pack for a while, and decided to do it on a Friday afternoon. The package arrived on Monday morning ( Super fast!) and was packaged very well. Along with ten 30ml bottles of juice, they threw in a few stickers and tank bands, as well as a hand written thank-you note. All in all, I am very impressed. This was not my first purchase from Dashvapes , and certainly will not be my last. The juice smells incredible , and the few that I have had a chance to try so far are delicious. Highly recommended for the noob or the pro, at 5 bucks for a 30 ml you cannot go wrong. Thanks, Dashvapes!! :)

The name of the brand says it all
Good deal, but don't expect a premium juice, the quality is OK and the name "The Snadard Vape" says everything about the flavors - standard flavors that you will find in almost all the vape shops in house made e-liquids. Throat hit is ok and ordinary clouds.

Common , 50 bucks fo 10 bottles ? Pretty amazing . And they are good too, not amazing but good . Even Mt.Baker is more expensive . Definitely worth every penny! Amazing deal , doesn't get any better than this .
