Hello Nicholas, how long the pod last really depends on how much you vape and the juice you are using. You typically get 5-20 refills for each pod. However once you start to get a burnt taste I would recommend switching out the pod asap. When filling a new pod I would also recommend that you let the juice sit for 10 minutes so the cotton can absorb the eliquid to prevent dry hits/burning. From personal experience my pods last me around 2 weeks and I'm using a 70 VG / 30 PG juice at 30MG Salt Nic. Happy vaping!

Hello Sean, caliburn replacement pods only come in a 1.4 ohm resistance which is geared towards MTL (Mouth To Lung) users however, many people still use a DTL (direct to lung) inhale and enjoy it. Happy Vaping!

Hi I just found your YouTube channel tonight while looking for someone to help me not burn my coils out within the first few days. I am currently using a crown three when I started vaping I could Vape on the same coil for days and days and days and have no problem. Now all of a sudden I get maybe 2 to 3 days and my throat is on fire. And I’ve tried going back to my old set up thinking maybe it was the actual product, but that didn’t help either. So my real question is my coil says that it’s a .5 and it recommends me using at 70 to 80 W. I have tried this several times and each time I burn the coil burn my throat burn the juice it’s a mess. But if I go down to say 50 I get about three days with my coil and very small amount of flavor. So I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I stopped vaping for four years and now I’m trying to get back into it and so I don’t know if There is something that I am forgetting or missing? When I got set up I was in cocoa beach Florida And the shop owner set me up and I vaped for four years like that and had no problem. And that was on a crown one. Any suggestions?

Yes. With the Caliburn you continue to refill the same pod until it starts to lose flavour and taste burnt. This can be anywhere from 5-20 refills typically, depending on the juice you're using and the amount you're vaping. Refilling is done by removing the top black cap on the pod itself and filling the holes on the sides-- not the middle hole, as that is your airflow hole. Once you refill a new pod, it's suggested you wait at least ten minutes as the cotton within the coil needs to saturate. For a pod you've already filled and used, you do not need to wait that ten minutes.

great but could be better
i’ve been using my caliburn every day for about 4-5 months now and love it. The flavour is crazy good and i only have a couple complaints... first off the pods aren’t that warm of a vape so if you want tobacco or dessert esq flavours you have to use the KoKo pods which burn faster. After that my biggest issues is for some reason some juices make these things SPIIIIIIIT, there all 50/50 50nic but every odd one i can’t use because these pods just spit it back out. Besides that there really good but wish there were 5 pods in a box

Mine burn quick with moderate use
I'm not a very experienced vaper, I used to vape on and off when I would quit smoking and recently quit smoking again. I've had my caliburn for about a month and I really enjoy the convenience of it but I find the pods already start having a burnt taste and lose flavor 2-3 days after opening. I realize the reviews state this will happen between 5-20 refills which is very broad if you ask me but I always allow new pods to sit for 10+ minutes when filling for the first time. I never let the juice in the pod drop below the MIN line and never fill it above the MAX line. I'm looking forward to trying the 1.2-ohm to see if there's any difference and I really enjoy the product overall. The only issue is that my 1.4 pods thus far are consistently only lasting about 2-3 days and I don't vape all day long. The juices I use are 3mg regular nicotine so maybe that's an issue I'm not aware of? I'd appreciate some guidance on the matter if there is any to be had. Thanks for the awesome YouTube vids and awesome site!

Great pods but
The Caliburn pods work great with the caliburn and are cross compatible with the koko, but if you use these pod in the koko it’s meh. They work but need more air flow. The koko only has one air port and the Caliburn two. The koko pods have more holes in the pod for flow. TL:DR. Caliburn these pods. Koko, koko pods

Great pods, last almost 12-14 days before replacing. You’ll get the odd one that will last 7 days or leaks but very few and far in between.

The quality seems to have gone down
I've been using the caliburn for a little over 6 months now and loved this system up until the last month or so. The pods used to last me about 7 days sometimes 10 days. Now I'm lucky if they last 5 days. And, I find that the charge on the caliburn itself only lasts about 45 minutes to an hour. Is it possible that as the caliburn gets old that it burns out the pods more quickly?

We want nothing more than for our customers to feel they receive quality products and high quality service. After the receipt of your order, we offer a 14-day return policy on any DOA (dead on arrival) or unused items, factory sealed in the manufacturer's original packaging.

Please inspect and test all products upon receipt, the 14-day return window begins regardless of whether the products were opened or not.

Any manufacturer defects will be solved by our 30-day warranty (or 90-day warranty where applicable).

Unfortunately consumables are always a final sale (e-juice, coils, tanks, accesories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuildable supplies, etc).
Our 30-day warranty begins the day the items are delivered. Customer assumes all cost in shipping items back to DashVapes, and DashVapes assume all cost in shipping the item back to the customer. Shipping cost incurrected is non-refundable/creditable.

What is not covered by our warranty?
  • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
  • Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse
  • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
  • Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
  • Leaky tanks are not covered under warranty
  • Loss or damage due to missing components
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush)
  • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
  • Rattling or sticky buttons
  • Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
  • Items outside of our warranty period

What is covered by our Warranty?
  • LED screen issues
  • Charging port issues
  • Battery issues (turning off when firing, etc)
  • Unit auto firing.
  • Chip malfunctions

Some products will have minor flaws and that is to be expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange if an item is defective (malfunctioning).

Extended Warranty
DashVapes offers an extended 90-day warranty on some items (specifically starter kits and mods). The 90-day extended warranty extends your existing 30-day warranty that comes with the purchase to 90 days. The price for the extended warranty is always $5.00.

You can add the Extended Warranty to your purchase when you add an item to your shopping cart.

You may purchase the additional warranty on your device within 7 days of your purchase.

The extended warranty prolongs your warranty period from 30 to 90 days. It does not alter what is covered by the warranty.
Restocking Fee
Returns / exchanges will incur a 10% Restocking fee on items. This includes packages not signed for during delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier. We can only accept returns on manufacturer sealed items. If an item does not come sealed originally, we are unable to take a return on it. Returns and exchanges are made in the form of Store Credit, and added to your account in the form of Points. Please be aware, if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you in, no Credit will be given and the package will be returned to you at your expense.
Underage Purchases
Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province or state. (If you are in Canada and choose UPS, UPS requires you to be 19 regardless of where you order from). If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.

Incorrectly received items must be returned to us. We provide you with a prepaid return label via email to send back the product(s) free of charge. Product Exchanges
Items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) or still under warranty, are eligible for an exchange only. We will exchange the item with the exact same item, in the exact same colour. Exceptions may apply if the item is no longer being actively stocked.

We can not offer store credit or refunds on warranty exchanges.
Refunds & Store Credit
We are unable to issue refunds to any form of payment other than the original credit card used to make your purchase.

We are unable to issue a refund via Interac E-Transfer, Cash, Debit Card or Cheque. If you purchased using Interac E-Transfer, Debit Card, Cash or Cheque, you will receive store credit.

We issue refunds within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund.

Depending on your card-issuing bank, please allow up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your statement.

Where applicable, we issue store credit in the form of reward points for the value of the returned product(s) after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.

At DashVapes we offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We try to ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM EST the same day. In some situations though it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.

We offer various Canada Post, and UPS shipping options all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
Proof of Age Required
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+, 19+ or 21+ depending on your province or state) option on every single package, no exceptions.

Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. - Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age verified, in accordance with Canadian law. only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else
Free Shipping
We offer free same day shipping (not delivery) on all orders in Canada and USA when you purchase C$35 or US$50 or more in non-overstock products, and free shipping every where else in the world when you spend C$100 or more in non-overstock products. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for free shipping in Canada, Canada Post Tracked Packet for free shipping the U.S.A, and UPS or Canada Post Air Shipping for all international destinations (some international destinations may be untracked). There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free.

Overstock items are NOT counted towards the free shipping minimum.

We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.

Orders shipping for free must ship from the same distribution center. If all of the items on your order are not in stock at one distribution center and must be shipped form multiple locations, we will contact you to either change the item or to pay additional shipping charges.

In the event your item is not succesfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.

Orders shipped to outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and / or brokerage fees. We cannot control this.
Order Processing
We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding Canadian holidays).

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.

We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.

Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product's page. If we are experiencing a larger than normal order volume an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.

Carrier Restrictions
Canada Post do not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.

We only ship using Canada Post and UPS, we are unable to use FedEX, DHL or any other shipping carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Electronic Cigarette liquid (or ejuice) can only be canceled if the order has not yet been created.
