Ive averaged about 6 fills on my refillable pods, first time filling definitely prime the coil so you get the best performance out of the pod leaving the extra little patch of cotton on the top of the mouth piece helps with it not spitting or leaking , hope this helps

I found that the coil would get a burnt taste after 2-3 times, also depends what kind of juice your using, the sweeter the quicker it will burnout, I buy a 3 pack a week, I mixed my blue raspberry lemonade with a passion fruit to bring the concentrate down a bit and it lasted longer.

I got more of these from another vendor (while they were out of stock with DV) and I'm having a much better time with them now. Using one that I've filled three times and no burning yet. It's pretty great. I think that there are some quality control issues but when it works it's really nice. Give it a try.

I would also like to know the answer to this question. At least, how many times are they intended to be refilled. I have burned two of these in two days with a juul. Starts off great, but at a point, I'm getting a very noticeable burned cotton taste. That's after two fills maybe. And, they hit a lot hotter than the juul pod does. Is all that normal?

Yes, salt nicotine 50PG/50VG will give you the best flavor from your juice. I've used an OVNS pod 4 times now and it's hitting great. I use the same juice in the same OVNS pod. The OVNS pods have a smoother throat hit than the JUUL pods do. Sorry JUUL

How do I refill the pod

Very simple. The mouthpiece is a black, rubber-ish cap, you simply remove it with your fingernail, fill the transparent compartment with the nicotine salt juice of your choice (really has to be salt) and close it again. Had some in my suitcase, with the JUUUL in my coat pocket, and had zero leakage. Note however I had one out of three fail within two weeks; though the others still work as new. Could be QC issue - otherwise, this is a nice product. Note as well the nicotine salts I bought here were a million miles above the JUUL pods - no cough or irritation, very very smooth.

Not bad at all
The only problem I’ve found with these is that the cotton inside the black mouthpiece got really saturated and spat a lot of juice into my mouth, I’ll try using them without the cotton in the mouthpiece and see if that fixes the problem, other than that no complaints at all.

Horrible product.
The refillable JUUL pods are terrible. Started leaking after one use. Better of saving the ten dollars and buying regular JUUL pods.

I like these
These work well, easy to fill. I get 4-5 fills before they start missing hits and start to lose flavour. I drag on them like a cigarette and dont power haul them, wait until the light goes off on my juul before i use it again and this helps them last longer. Glad to have an affordable way to use my juul

Good for one, MAYBE two refills
These pods are easy to refill, but as many of the other reviews mention, after only one or two uses they taste burnt and leak juice in your mouth. The air bubbles stay around the massive cotton wicks and they do not absorb juice which causes them to burn. It is so unpleasant to get that burnt taste, considering it rarely if ever happens with the regular Juul pods. Also, juice in your mouth is a constant struggle, and the godawful taste of salt nic juice on your lips/tongue is absolutely disgusting.

Do it’s job
Easy to refil. I look at a YouTube video on how to refil the pods. I used a toothpick to make sure the were no pressure in the pod after I filled it. The second refil tasted weird on the first two pods. So I threw it out. I won’t rebuy, there is no point if It can only be used once.

Starts great, then the coil burns
The first use was amazing, and the the coil burned completely. This was the case for all three pods in the pack. I used 50mg nic salt. These ended up being one-use pods because of the terrible burnt taste they give off after that. Bummed, because before they burned out, the hits were SO much better than juul pods.

Pod wicks getting burnt
Once the vape juices are empty from the pods and unknowingly you take a hit, the wick gets burnt and the pods become useless. You will always get the burnt taste and a hit on your throat which will make you cough for a good minute or two. There are no solutions whatsoever for this. I purchased these two days ago and now I have three burnt pods. Thanks for the incomplete and unethical review on your youtube channel. It was my fault for trusting the god awful product.

Good Concept - Poor Execution
I bought 3 3-packs of these for my JUUL. Have been using 50/50 PG/VG and get wildly varying results out of these. I find on average the success rate is 1 POD per 3 pack. When filling I let them sit for minimum 15 minutes. When using them most of the time the juice will not absorb into the cotton unless you pull open the rubber gasket on the top which is just annoying. 2 stars for effort but unfortunately these miss the mark. I think they are just jamming too much cotton into the units. Poor quality control.

I wanted to like these. They didn’t quite make the cut for me however. First off they burned hot at times and that was unpleasant, don’t really like how you can’t really see inside the pod at how much juice is left either. They don’t fit all that great in the Juul either. No leaks tho and they were easy to refill, better than to refil a Juul pod. But honestly I’d rather buy JUUL Pods and just refill those. Maybe try a few if you’re looking to save some bucks on pods, but I wouldn’t buy again. Hope to find some good refillable JUUL Pods in the future. Peace out vapers

Any manufacturer defects will be solved by our 30-day warranty (or 90-day warranty where applicable).

Unfortunately consumables are always a final sale (e-juice, coils, tanks, accesories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuildable supplies, etc).
Our 30-day warranty begins the day the items are delivered. Customer assumes all cost in shipping items back to DashVapes, and DashVapes assume all cost in shipping the item back to the customer. Shipping cost incurrected is non-refundable/creditable.

What is not covered by our warranty?
  • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
  • Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse
  • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
  • Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
  • Leaky tanks are not covered under warranty
  • Loss or damage due to missing components
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush)
  • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
  • Rattling or sticky buttons
  • Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
  • Items outside of our warranty period

What is covered by our Warranty?
  • LED screen issues
  • Charging port issues
  • Battery issues (turning off when firing, etc)
  • Unit auto firing.
  • Chip malfunctions

Some products will have minor flaws and that is to be expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange if an item is defective (malfunctioning).

Extended Warranty
DashVapes offers an extended 90-day warranty on some items (specifically starter kits and mods). The 90-day extended warranty extends your existing 30-day warranty that comes with the purchase to 90 days. The price for the extended warranty is always $5.00.

You can add the Extended Warranty to your purchase when you add an item to your shopping cart.

You may purchase the additional warranty on your device within 7 days of your purchase.

The extended warranty prolongs your warranty period from 30 to 90 days. It does not alter what is covered by the warranty.
Restocking Fee
Returns / exchanges will incur a 10% Restocking fee on items. This includes packages not signed for during delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier. We can only accept returns on manufacturer sealed items. If an item does not come sealed originally, we are unable to take a return on it. Returns and exchanges are made in the form of Store Credit, and added to your account in the form of Points. Please be aware, if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you in, no Credit will be given and the package will be returned to you at your expense.
Underage Purchases
Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province or state. (If you are in Canada and choose UPS, UPS requires you to be 19 regardless of where you order from). If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.

At DashVapes we offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We try to ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM EST the same day. In some situations though it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.

We offer various Canada Post, and UPS shipping options all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
Proof of Age Required
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+, 19+ or 21+ depending on your province or state) option on every single package, no exceptions.

Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. - Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age verified, in accordance with Canadian law. only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else
Free Shipping
We offer free same day shipping (not delivery) on all orders in Canada and USA when you purchase C$35 or more in non-overstock products, and free shipping every where else in the world when you spend C$100 or more in non-overstock products. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for free shipping in Canada, UPS Standard for free shipping the U.S.A, and UPS or Canada Post Air Shipping for all international destinations (some international destinations may be untracked). There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free.

Overstock items are NOT counted towards the free shipping minimum.

We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.

In the event your item is not succesfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.

Orders shipped to outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and / or brokerage fees. We cannot control this.
Order Processing
We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding Canadian holidays).

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.

Canada Post do not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Electronic Cigarette liquid (or ejuice) can only be canceled if the order has not yet been created.
