Can someone please tell me why the juice in the tank turns "apple juice" color even after I replace my coil? Both M1+ & dual coils I've tried at 50-60W. I'm not a heavy vaper but it bothers me that my juice doesn't look as clear. Is anyone having the same problem? Am I doing something wrong or is it because of the tank? I've only experienced this with this specific tank and I would hate to replace it since it was given to me as a gift..

Hi! E-juice can change in colour once it is exposed to heat, light and even oxygen. The nicotine oxidizes in these conditions and causes an amber tone of your juice. It is completely normal and does not affect the flavour in any way. Nothing is wrong! Just science at work :)

I bought the stainless steel tank to go with my Drag 2. It came with 2 coils which I both tried. M-Dual & M1+. Unfortunately both lacks with flavour. My watts is between 40-55 and I don't really care about the amount of smoke I am more about the flavour. Does anyone have any suggestion to resolve my flavour issue? Maybe I need another type of coil?

I recently bought one and find the coils that came with the tank way to harsh!! I’ll take a few hauls and chest gets heavy and start coughing! Has anyone experienced this with the m dual or m1+ coils and if so is there a certain coil I should try instead??? I really love the look and feel of this tank and can’t use it

Which tank did you come from? The tank should not have anything to do with harshness. But if you went from a low-wattage coil to one of these without changing nic content I can see it being very harsh.

Hi Briand, I too have one. I take m1 +, plus it is the least expensive. the dual I have not taken yet. It's been over a month since I use it and it's still good. but I use others too, I use to 4 regularly. I take DIY that I prepare myself and I prepare some pretty sweet e-juice. I think my coils would get dirty, but no. Have a nice day Max

I just got this tank a few months ago. I use the m-dual coil and find it pretty smooth, to be honest. I run it at 80w. I did have to work with the airflow a bit, but it has been fairly smooth for me. It looks like the m1+ is the lowest wattage for this tank, might be a bit smoother. Maybe try a different flavour? I found I had to give up some past flavours because they tasted harsher in new tanks / higher wattage. Hope this helps a bit!

Yes, it would work perfectly normal, no reason to why not, as long as its not a mech mod or a low wattage device (like pod systems) it would work perfectly on ur cube mod. Enjoy the flavor, u will love it. And i think u meant 3000mah not 300mah.

Sadly I dont know, but when you had purchase the falcon king there is a extra glass in it. The falcon glass may fit the falcon king but I cant confirm it for sure. Sorry this isn't much help for you.

Any dual 18650 would will work great , or if you want something smaller you can get the OBS cube since it goes up to 80 watts but it won’t last you the whole day .

It is personal preference honestly. I would recommend the geekvape aegis mod with the double 18650s since it will handle your wattage with ease and have a reliable battery life. That's just what I use personally but consider most could for this tank run in the 75 to 85 range you should consider battery life. Hope this helps. And yes this is best tank I have ever used period. I was not a fan of the m dual coil. Just drank juice too fast. The m1+ is my sweet spot.

Any of the higher wattage mods will work. I run this tank on many of my mods, like the aegis by geek vape, smoant, any of the wismec mods providing they are dual batteries or more. Pretty much any dual or more battery mods.

Hey Django, Yes the Falcon will work perfectly with the Smok alien and you should notice a pretty drastic difference in flavour and vapor production over the X-Baby

Hello David , the falcon king tank will fit on the OBS cube, but you should also note that the mod is an internal battery and may under power the tank, causing possible leakage and/or loss of flavour. Theoretically the tank will work on it but you will constantly be killing you battery due to the power needed for the tank. My personal recommendation is to step up to either a single 18650 or dual 18650 simply for battery longevity and better flavour. :)

I own the ITASTE KROMA-A AND ZENITH 75W STARTER KIT, which I'm not too happy with. So... I'm looking for a different tank, hoping that will help. This one is getting great reviews. 1) I'm assuming I can use this tank with starter kit. 2) If I went with the M-Dual coils, which coil type would I select when attaching to my ZENITH BOX?

I personally have been using the F1 and F2 coils on my Vaporesso 100 watt Armour Pro mod at 70 to 75 Watts, great flavor, long lasting. Personally I don't find a great difference between them and the new bamboo wicked mess coils. If you wanted to go with mesh I'd recommend the M1 mesh, The Duel will probably require more power and just burn through the e-juice. The M1 mesh suggested power range is is 70 watts give or take so they should be no problem. Hope that helps.

I agree with shai, I wouldn't recommend using the kroma-a with the falcon tanks, you will deplete your battery super quick. The falcon line of tanks are awesome, the coils are amazing. They last a long time and give you great flavor the entire time. The down side to them is that you will go through a lot of e-liquid. And the bigger the coil the more liquid you'll go through. I myself prefer the m1 great flavor, it last long and it does burn quite as much liquid. I would suggest finding a dual 18650 mod like the wismec rx gen3 dual or the geekvape aegis (just two mods that I currently use and love.)

This is decent tank - not as much flavour as Fireluke Pro with triple mesh, but still very enjoyable. Filling is easy and the top-lock is pocket safe. This tank will work with kroma-a but it will be drain that battery fast as you will be using it rather close to the max wattage that mod can produce. You will find that you are going to have to be plugged in USB often.

I wouldn't suggest using this tank on the KROMA-A device as it will be underpowered. The M-Dual coils recommended wattage setting is 75W, and The Kroma only goes up to 75W, your battery life would be horrible. I recommend getting something like a VooPoo Drag 2 to power the Falcon King tank.

Warranty
Our 30-day warranty begins the day the items are delivered. Customer assumes all cost in shipping items back to DashVapes, and DashVapes assume all cost in shipping the item back to the customer. Shipping cost incurrected is non-refundable/creditable.

What is not covered by our warranty?
  • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
  • Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse
  • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
  • Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
  • Leaky tanks are not covered under warranty
  • Loss or damage due to missing components
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush)
  • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
  • Rattling or sticky buttons
  • Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
  • Items outside of our warranty period

What is covered by our Warranty?
  • LED screen issues
  • Charging port issues
  • Battery issues (turning off when firing, etc)
  • Unit auto firing.
  • Chip malfunctions


Some products will have minor flaws and that is to be expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange if an item is defective (malfunctioning).

Extended Warranty
DashVapes offers an extended 90-day warranty on some items (specifically starter kits and mods). The 90-day extended warranty extends your existing 30-day warranty that comes with the purchase to 90 days. The price for the extended warranty is always $5.00.

You can add the Extended Warranty to your purchase when you add an item to your shopping cart.

You may purchase the additional warranty on your device within 7 days of your purchase.

The extended warranty prolongs your warranty period from 30 to 90 days. It does not alter what is covered by the warranty.
Restocking Fee
Returns / exchanges will incur a 10% Restocking fee on items. This includes packages not signed for during delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier. We can only accept returns on manufacturer sealed items. If an item does not come sealed originally, we are unable to take a return on it. Returns and exchanges are made in the form of Store Credit, and added to your account in the form of Points. Please be aware, if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you in, no Credit will be given and the package will be returned to you at your expense.
Underage Purchases
Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province or state. (If you are in Canada and choose UPS, UPS requires you to be 19 regardless of where you order from). If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. Incorrectly received items must be returned to us. We provide you with a prepaid return label via email to send back the product(s) free of charge. Product Exchanges
Items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) or still under warranty, are eligible for an exchange only. We will exchange the item with the exact same item, in the exact same colour. Exceptions may apply if the item is no longer being actively stocked.

Refunds & Store Credit
We are unable to issue refunds to any form of payment other than the original credit card used to make your purchase.

Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. - Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age verified, in accordance with Canadian law. only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else
Same-Day Delivery
DashVapes offers same-day delivery to a limited amount of postal zones surrounding some of the DashVapes retail locations.

We've partnered with an established same-day courier to roll out this service in York Region, Toronto Region, Peel Region and Durham Region.

You must place your order before 1:30PM, be in an eligible delivery zone, and choose Same Day Delivery as your shipping option. The service costs $8.00 + tax.

Deliveries take place every day except for Sundays, and holidays. Deliveries will arrive to you between 5:30 PM - 11:00 PM.

Please note we can only do same-day delivery to residential address only

You will receive an SMS stating your order is on the way about 30 minutes before your delivery.
Free Shipping
DashVapes offers free shipping on the following orders:

  • Orders over C$35 within Canada
  • Orders over C$75 within the United States
  • Orders over C$100 everywhere else in the world

Overstock items do not count towards the free shipping minimum. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for free shipping in Canada, Canada Post Tracked Packet for free shipping the U.S.A, and UPS or Canada Post Air Shipping for all international destinations (some international destinations may be untracked). There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free.

Overstock items are NOT counted towards the free shipping minimum.

We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.

Orders shipping for free must ship from the same distribution center. If all of the items on your order are not in stock at one distribution center and must be shipped form multiple locations, we will contact you to either change the item or to pay additional shipping charges.

In the event your item is not succesfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.

Orders shipped to outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and / or brokerage fees. We cannot control this.
Order Processing
We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding Canadian holidays).

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.

We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.

Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product's page. If we are experiencing a larger than normal order volume an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.

Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will go out the same day. (Delivery will depend on the carrier). CANPAR does an earlier pick up, and the same day cut off for CANPAR is 10AM.
Carrier Restrictions
Canada Post do not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.

We only ship using Canada Post and UPS, we are unable to use FedEX, DHL or any other shipping carrier.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Your order has shipped!" is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

Please check your email's "spam" folders if you did not receive a tracking number

International customers can track their packages using the local post office service for their country if a tracking number is provided. Sometimes, International tracking is not available.

Insurance
Every package shipped by DashVapes is insured up to $100.00 on tracked packages only. If your order is larger than $100, and you'd like to add full insurance coverage to your package, you can do so at the checkout page. In the event that Canada Post or UPS lose a package, we will only credit orders up to $100.00 if they do not have full insurance.

US and International non-tracked items do not have insurance, and will not be replaced in the event of loss.
Orders outside of Canada
DashVapes offers multiple shipping options at various price points when shipping outside of Canada, or the United States.

UPS offers the most reliable, and quickest options. You can find the shipping rates on the checkout page after filling out your delivery address.

There may be additional import duties and taxes when receiving your package. This is rated based on your country and is out of our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.

Electronic Cigarette liquid (or ejuice) can only be canceled if the order has not yet been created. Since we typically mix to order, We are unable to cancel / refund / credit for juice that is already created, even if it is still within our facilities.
