The two unique products DO NOT have cross-compatible pods but share the same high-quality Lost Vape performance that has come to expect.The Orion Q utilizes a proprietary chipset with a 17W maximum output and utilizes a single button interface. This pod system has a massive 950mAh battery paired with a battery life indicator that glows when the firing button is pressed. The LED battery life indicator will show blue between 100 to 64%, purple between 64 to 18% and red between 17 to 0% battery life. Along the side of the device are the cartridge locking slide and the micro USB port. The body of the Orion Q features premium stainless steel chassis construction. The Orion Q replacement pods have a 2ml maximum capacity with a 1.0-ohm atomizer resistance that is suitable for use with both nicotine salt and regular e-liquids. i'm fairly new to vaping (2 months) my question is evertime a flavour is switched are you suppose to change the pod or atomizer currently using the vype e tank but switching to the uwell caliburn or lost vape orion q just haven't decided which one yet

Changing a flavour with a new pod is always recommended for the best flavour, however as long as the flavour is within the same flavour profile you can add the new flavour into the old. Just keep in mind it might not taste the best for the first few pulls and might shorten the life of the pod.

I use the mod heavy some days to the point where it is almost dead. I usually change it for around 40 min to and hour. It has worked for me great so far and I would recommend you try the same.

What range ratio of e-juice is best for this pod system? Is 70PG/30PG ok?

There is nothing wrong with a 70VG/30PG ratio juice, but for the best flavor and pod life a 50VG/50PG ratio for a juice would be ideal. Thinner juices (i.e. 50/50 ratio) will wick better with the cotton in the pods giving it better flavor and making the pods last longer before burning out.

I purchased this a week ago. I'm burning through a pod every 24 hours. I generally hit it every 30 minutes to an hour, and only about 2 hits, sometimes 3 at a time. The pods seem to burn out after only half a tank. Is this normal for pods or am I hitting it more than I should?

I hit mine much more often, but i was having issues until i actually followed the priming instructions that came with the q. Saturate wick, take 5 or more draws without firing, let it sit, then take a few more draws without firing. Take short puffs at first, then increase. Should be improved results.

If you have primed it and let it sit properly and still having issues this may help. I’ve noticed it has a bit of a wicking issue. If you open the fill cap every so often you’ll see bubbles come up to the top and you’ll get a great hit afterwards. The DNA version has the same issue especially if you chain vape at all.

If you don't let the pod sit after being filled or take more than a couple of pulls a minute, you could be getting dry hits on this. I have to limit myself a bit because I tend to puff a bit more frequently than what this device can keep up with. It wasn't/isn't as much of a problem on the Nautilus 2 and Nautilus AiO I have, but too long and frequent of hits on the Nautilus can also cause the same effect. If you get a bit of a dry hit, put it down for a minute and let it wick. Should resolve itself quickly.

Hi Yun, I also purchased this unit about a month ago and I experienced the same thing. In addition to letting the e-juice soak for 10 minutes on the fill-up, I was informed that I might be chain-vaping (taking several hits in rapid succession) the unit. I found if I took a longer break between hits, the mouthpiece wouldn't burn my lips.

I always let the pod sit for about 10 minutes after I first fill it so that the cotton soaks up the juice fully. If you fill any pod or coil up without letting it sit you are at the risk of a burnt hit. Hope this helps, cheers!

Awesome pod system
If you haven't read some of my reviews yet you will know this is not my favourite but probably because I killed this one a little too quickly. Completely my fault and no fault of the product. I dropped an Icecap on it and well.... yeah. Build quality is top notch and the vapour production is fantastic. Flavour is decent probably my second favourite over all and was my top until about a month ago. Looks so nice the design is fantastic. It's not small how ever but is pocketable. It's a weird mix of it's a little big for a pod system but I don't care because it looks so good!!!! Airflow can be a bit of a pain to work with if you're obsessed with having perfect air control. I almost had it completely closed down for my liking. The vape is warm.... very warm. Changeable power settings is so fun and can bump the flavour off the scales, but be careful. The way this mod wicks makes is likely to get air bubbles which can cause dry hits. That said a dry hit on this thing isn't the end of the world like some coils. It's not great but there is enough cotton to recover it. If you can get passed the airflow being a bit of a pain.... This is one of my top of the very top selections for a pod system! Even though I killed mine :(

3 Month review.
Cons: -Coil life is not great unless you feather the fire button constantly. Can't just firing this thing on a full battery for a 3-4 second draw, you will burn coils fast. -Must use thin juice / salt nic or stronger free base to get any throat hit. High VG will not work well. -Drip tips crack and fall off long before the coil is burnt out. (big design flaw). Pros: -Still working. Good flavor, compact. I wish these had a high / low power setting and the drip tips didn't crack and fall off.

Great pod system
I am loving my Orion Q kit. The extra pods are available at a great price, love that that they come 2 at a time. The battery life is great and I really like the "hit" I get from a medium pull. If you just want something that is no fussy this is a great option!

Good, not greet
The orion Q is a good little Device that I recommend using with nicotine salts at higher nic levels. I normally vape at 1mg, and threw a 6mg mix on it. Result is a vape a lot less since I get satisfied quicker (30ml last me about a week now instead of 2 days), and is REALLY pocket friendly. As far as flavour goes, it’s about average... nothing to write home about but still OK. It will really shine if you put really simple flavours in it (something like single flavours ejuices). Do not attempt to get all the creams and marzipan notes with a hint of cream fresh with roasts and lobster yadiyada... you won’t get that out of the Orion Q.

Good but not great
So far I'm pretty impressed. It's one of the more well designed pod systems on the market. There a couple things though, it doesn't have passthrough which is really odd these days so no vaping and charging , the mouthpiece can heat up if you chain vape or take a couple long hits and charging isn't as fast as some other pod devices. On the plus side no dry hits and no leaks ( due to the fact the pods are top fill so there is literally no way it can leak ) . The battery life seems decent and the overall build quality is really good. The vape is flavorful enough and the cloud production is good for what it is. It beats the justfog minifit and the breeze 2 and I enjoy vaping it just as much as the innokin EQ if not a bit more.

So far I have been using this device for almost a week. One of the best pod units I have tried. Just be cautious when filling a new pod. These pods have loads of cotton and should sit for about 20 minutes to become saturated. Great price for this device at Dash Vapes.

Warranty
Our 30-day warranty begins the day the items are delivered. Customer assumes all cost in shipping items back to DashVapes, and DashVapes assume all cost in shipping the item back to the customer. Shipping cost incurrected is non-refundable/creditable.

What is not covered by our warranty?
  • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
  • Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse
  • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
  • Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
  • Leaky tanks are not covered under warranty
  • Loss or damage due to missing components
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush)
  • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
  • Rattling or sticky buttons
  • Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
  • Items outside of our warranty period

What is covered by our Warranty?
  • LED screen issues
  • Charging port issues
  • Battery issues (turning off when firing, etc)
  • Unit auto firing.
  • Chip malfunctions


Some products will have minor flaws and that is to be expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange if an item is defective (malfunctioning).

Extended Warranty
DashVapes offers an extended 90-day warranty on some items (specifically starter kits and mods). The 90-day extended warranty extends your existing 30-day warranty that comes with the purchase to 90 days. The price for the extended warranty is always $5.00.

You can add the Extended Warranty to your purchase when you add an item to your shopping cart.

You may purchase the additional warranty on your device within 7 days of your purchase.

The extended warranty prolongs your warranty period from 30 to 90 days. It does not alter what is covered by the warranty.
Restocking Fee
Returns / exchanges will incur a 10% Restocking fee on items. This includes packages not signed for during delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier. We can only accept returns on manufacturer sealed items. If an item does not come sealed originally, we are unable to take a return on it. Returns and exchanges are made in the form of Store Credit, and added to your account in the form of Points. Please be aware, if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you in, no Credit will be given and the package will be returned to you at your expense.
Underage Purchases
Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province or state. (If you are in Canada and choose UPS, UPS requires you to be 19 regardless of where you order from). If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. Incorrectly received items must be returned to us. We provide you with a prepaid return label via email to send back the product(s) free of charge. Product Exchanges

At DashVapes we offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We try to ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM EST the same day. In some situations though it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.

We offer various Canada Post, and UPS shipping options all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
Proof of Age Required
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+, 19+ or 21+ depending on your province or state) option on every single package, no exceptions.

Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for free shipping in Canada, UPS Standard for free shipping the U.S.A, and UPS or Canada Post Air Shipping for all international destinations (some international destinations may be untracked). There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free.

Overstock items are NOT counted towards the free shipping minimum.

We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.

Orders shipping for free must ship from the same distribution center. If all of the items on your order are not in stock at one distribution center and must be shipped form multiple locations, we will contact you to either change the item or to pay additional shipping charges.

In the event your item is not succesfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.

Orders shipped to outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and / or brokerage fees. We cannot control this.
Order Processing
We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding Canadian holidays).

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.

We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.

Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product's page. If we are experiencing a larger than normal order volume an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.

Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will go out the same day. (Delivery will depend on the carrier)
Carrier Restrictions
Canada Post do not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.

We only ship using Canada Post and UPS, we are unable to use FedEX, DHL or any other shipping carrier.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Your order has shipped!" is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

Please check your email's "spam" folders if you did not receive a tracking number

Canadian customers can track their packages using http://www.canadapost.ca

U.S.A customers can track their packages using http://www.usps.com

International customers can track their packages using the local post office service for their country if a tracking number is provided. Sometimes, International tracking is not available.

If your package shipped via UPS, you can track your package at http://www.ups.com
Insurance
Every package shipped by DashVapes is insured up to $100.00 on tracked packages only. If your order is larger than $100, and you'd like to add full insurance coverage to your package, you can do so at the checkout page. In the event that Canada Post or UPS lose a package, we will only credit orders up to $100.00 if they do not have full insurance.

US and International non-tracked items do not have insurance, and will not be replaced in the event of loss.
Orders outside of Canada
DashVapes offers multiple shipping options at various price points when shipping outside of Canada, or the United States.

UPS offers the most reliable, and quickest options. You can find the shipping rates on the checkout page after filling out your delivery address.

Please ensure that you mind the laws of the country you are ordering to. We specialize in shipping tasty e-juice and affordable hardware to Europe .

There may be additional import duties and taxes when receiving your package. This is rated based on your country and is out of our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.

Electronic Cigarette liquid (or ejuice) can only be canceled if the order has not yet been created. Since we typically mix to order, We are unable to cancel / refund / credit for juice that is already created, even if it is still within our facilities.
