Don't use the ceramics! They burn stupid fast and don't have much flavor. Listen to this other guy about priming, I agree with him wholeheartedly. In addition, I am an extremely heavy user and I use 60mg juice with a .6 ohm coil. I can easily get 2 weeks and change by giving myself 20+ seconds between hits. Hope this helps!

It all depends on the nicotine you use. If you use salt based nicotine then it is recommended that you use the 0.6 Ohm coils. If you use regular nicotine then it is recommended that you use 1.0 Ohm style. Along with that you could have just burnt the coils from not having them primed properly. I recommend that you put 2-3 drips of the juice you are using down the center of the coil at the top. After that you should put it into the tank and fill up the tank at least 80% of the way and then let it sit upright for around 10 minutes. After that, put it on the mod and do 3 long dry hits to prime the coil and you should be good to go. I would say your coil should last about 1 week on heavy use and almost 2 weeks with average use. I ordered 2 Smok Nord's and two extra pods. One of the extra pods keeps popping out and upon inspection we noticed that its missing the small "tabs" on the side of the tank that "hold" it in place. Has anyone else noticed this?

Look at how the pod is angled in the nord body. Mine seemed to not pop in right away but after further inspection, I noticed one side had a small gap between the pod and the body. Try pressing just that side down hard and it may click in

I ordered two replacements as well, one fits perfectly fine. However, the other pod won’t click into my Nord even with force. I couldn’t figure out why, I’ll have to give a look to see if mine have the tabs.

I have a second replacement pod because I tend to get use to a flavour very quickly and have the second one for a different flavour. This keeps the juices from mixing to keep the intended flavour in the pod and coil.

That's the only real purpose. I have three so I can have two 1.4ohm nic salt pods and a 0.6ohm freebase pod; it's nice to be able to quickly swap flavours. .It comes with two coils too, one 1.4ohm kanthal and one 0.6ohm mesh, so you basically get the pod for $5 and two coils for $2.50 a pop. Or however you want to break it down.

POWERFUL, but with drawbacks
No doubt, the Nord is a powerful beast. But these pods have some drawbacks. It gets spitback that you can't quite control, and it leaks slightly because of the press in coil. It's a great step in the right direction, but there have been better Pod devices released by Smok since that rival the power, without the leakage. Have no doubt however, the Smok Nord is a mighty beast. A sloppy beast, but it packs a punch.

Smok Nord Pods
Great product! I like having an extra pod hanging around for switching flavours quickly. The coils that come with are an added bonus too. Let’s you try out both the mesh and regular coil. Since I use the mesh coil more and the MTL only when I’m going out and don’t want to be blowing clouds in peoples faces, this is perfect for me!

Handy Dandy!
It's great to have an extra pod or two around, especially if you're like me and like to indulge in multiple flavors. You don't have to worry about flavors mixing or anything, you can just switch the pod out. The kit comes with the MTL and Direct Lung coils, which is a nice bonus. The only bones I have to pick with these pods is that over time, vapor condensation builds up somewhere in the mouth piece and creates a bit of spit back and occasionally, a tiny leak directly from the mouthpiece that bubbles around the gauge window. These complaints are minor however, and I've had Smok tanks that leak out far more and are harder to fix. You can solve the eventual spitback by removing the pod, and shaking it upside down into a paper towel to expel built up e-liquid condensation, and that usually resolves the spitback. The coils plug in and seal easily. Too easily. Smok did quite a good job when they designed that part of the pod. I've not had one leak from the actual pod itself (excluding mouthpiece condensation) from either pod that I have, with the 0.6 ohm, direct lung coils. The fill port is a small rubber stopper on the side of the pod that seals well and is unobtrusive to the device, as well as easy to use for refills. I'd give it 5 stars if it didn't have the mouthpiece condensation issue, but other than that It's a solid, solid little thing! I still stand by the Nord as being the best vape I've ever owned.

We want nothing more than for our customers to feel they receive quality products and high quality service. After the receipt of your order, we offer a 14-day return policy on any DOA (dead on arrival) or unused items, factory sealed in the manufacturer's original packaging.

Please inspect and test all products upon receipt, the 14-day return window begins regardless of whether the products were opened or not.

Any manufacturer defects will be solved by our 30-day warranty (or 90-day warranty where applicable).

Unfortunately consumables are always a final sale (e-juice, coils, tanks, accesories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuildable supplies, etc).
Our 30-day warranty begins the day the items are delivered. Customer assumes all cost in shipping items back to DashVapes, and DashVapes assume all cost in shipping the item back to the customer. Shipping cost incurrected is non-refundable/creditable.

What is not covered by our warranty?
  • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
  • Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse
  • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
  • Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
  • Leaky tanks are not covered under warranty
  • Loss or damage due to missing components
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush)
  • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
  • Rattling or sticky buttons
  • Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
  • Items outside of our warranty period

What is covered by our Warranty?
  • LED screen issues
  • Charging port issues
  • Battery issues (turning off when firing, etc)
  • Unit auto firing.
  • Chip malfunctions

Some products will have minor flaws and that is to be expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange if an item is defective (malfunctioning).

Extended Warranty
DashVapes offers an extended 90-day warranty on some items (specifically starter kits and mods). The 90-day extended warranty extends your existing 30-day warranty that comes with the purchase to 90 days. The price for the extended warranty is always $5.00.

You can add the Extended Warranty to your purchase when you add an item to your shopping cart.

You may purchase the additional warranty on your device within 7 days of your purchase.

The extended warranty prolongs your warranty period from 30 to 90 days. It does not alter what is covered by the warranty.
Restocking Fee
Returns / exchanges will incur a 10% Restocking fee on items. This includes packages not signed for during delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier. We can only accept returns on manufacturer sealed items. If an item does not come sealed originally, we are unable to take a return on it. Returns and exchanges are made in the form of Store Credit, and added to your account in the form of Points. Please be aware, if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you in, no Credit will be given and the package will be returned to you at your expense.
Underage Purchases
Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province or state. (If you are in Canada and choose UPS, UPS requires you to be 19 regardless of where you order from). If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.

If we make an error when fulfilling your order, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package to initiate a claim. A brief email to alerting us of an error is the quickest way of initiating claims. Incorrectly received items must be returned to us. We provide you with a prepaid return label via email to send back the product(s) free of charge. Product Exchanges
Items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) or still under warranty, are eligible for an exchange only. We will exchange the item with the exact same item, in the exact same colour. Exceptions may apply if the item is no longer being actively stocked.

Refunds & Store Credit
We are unable to issue refunds to any form of payment other than the original credit card used to make your purchase.

We are unable to issue a refund via Interac E-Transfer, Cash, Debit Card or Cheque. If you purchased using Interac E-Transfer, Debit Card, Cash or Cheque, you will receive store credit.

We issue refunds within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund.

Depending on your card-issuing bank, please allow up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your statement.

Where applicable, we issue store credit in the form of reward points for the value of the returned product(s) after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.

Original shipping fees may be deducted from a refund unless the return is the result of our error. International shipping fees are non-refundable.

At DashVapes we offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We try to ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM EST the same day. In some situations though it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.

We offer various Canada Post, and UPS shipping options all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
Proof of Age Required
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+, 19+ or 21+ depending on your province or state) option on every single package, no exceptions.

Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. - Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age verified, in accordance with Canadian law. only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else
Free Shipping
We offer free same day shipping (not delivery) on all orders in Canada and USA when you purchase C$35 or more in non-overstock products, and free shipping every where else in the world when you spend C$100 or more in non-overstock products. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for free shipping in Canada, UPS Standard for free shipping the U.S.A, and UPS or Canada Post Air Shipping for all international destinations (some international destinations may be untracked). There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free.

Overstock items are NOT counted towards the free shipping minimum.

We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.

Orders shipping for free must ship from the same distribution center. If all of the items on your order are not in stock at one distribution center and must be shipped form multiple locations, we will contact you to either change the item or to pay additional shipping charges.

In the event your item is not succesfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.

Orders shipped to outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and / or brokerage fees. We cannot control this.
Order Processing
We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding Canadian holidays).

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.

We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.

Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product's page. If we are experiencing a larger than normal order volume an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.

Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will go out the same day. (Delivery will depend on the carrier)
Carrier Restrictions
Canada Post do not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.

We only ship using Canada Post and UPS, we are unable to use FedEX, DHL or any other shipping carrier.
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Your order has shipped!" is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

If your order is larger than $100, and you'd like to add full insurance coverage to your package, you can do so at the checkout page. US and International non-tracked items do not have insurance, and will not be replaced in the event of loss.
Orders outside of Canada
DashVapes offers multiple shipping options at various price points when shipping outside of Canada, or the United States.

UPS offers the most reliable, and quickest options. You can find the shipping rates on the checkout page after filling out your delivery address.

There may be additional import duties and taxes when receiving your package. This is rated based on your country and is out of our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.

Electronic Cigarette liquid (or ejuice) can only be canceled if the order has not yet been created. Since we typically mix to order, We are unable to cancel / refund / credit for juice that is already created, even if it is still within our facilities.
