Rich custard with a very slight spice.
I enjoy A little spice, and eggnog seems to be the least intrusive cinnamon. It does not interfere with the vanilla or cream flavors at all in my opinion, but the recipe works just fine without it as well. If you are missing some of the more odd ingredients, just the main three concentrates make A damn good custard in my opinion. The cheesecake may sound strange, but if your custards are falling flat, just give it a try and let me know what you think.
